Description: The City of Saskatoon is seeking proposals from qualified Managed Print Services (MPS) providers to deliver a comprehensive, reliable, and cost-effective print environment across all civic facilities. The successful proponent will be responsible for supporting the existing print fleet during a three-year phased transition, supplying and servicing new devices, and providing and implementing a replacement print management solution. Ongoing responsibilities will include the provision of consumables, maintenance and support for hardware and software, and print optimization assessments.
