The Chicago Park District invites experienced general contractors to submit qualifications for possible inclusion in a pre-qualified General Contractor Services pool covering two categories: New Construction/Renovation and Playground Construction. The City of Richardson issued Invitation to Bid No. 58-26 to establish an annual requirements contract for temporary general and heavy labor services to support municipal operations. The contractor must supply temporary laborers for general and solid waste tasks on short notice while ensuring background checks, drug testing, and proper insurance coverage. The contract term is for 12 months with up to four one-year extensions and an estimated annual expenditure of approximately $600,000.
