Description: The Chicago Park District invites experienced general contractors to submit qualifications for possible inclusion in a pre-qualified General Contractor Services pool covering two categories: New Construction/Renovation and Playground Construction. Pre-qualified firms must provide all equipment, labor, materials and services, possess required licenses, demonstrate financial solvency, and be capable of self-performing at least 15% of contracted work.
