The California Department of General Services is soliciting bids for the Fleet Lot 2 Window Replacement project at 1416 Tenth St. in Sacramento. The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of exterior windows, removal of an existing shower, and installation of an ADA-compliant drinking fountain and path-of-travel upgrades. This solicitation is restricted to California-certified Small Business or Micro Business bidders and requires a valid Contractors License (B).

The City of Albany, Oregon, is soliciting proposals for emergency vehicle fleet maintenance services for its fire and emergency vehicle fleet. Proposers are required to submit questions by June 4, 2026, and final proposals must be received by June 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. Detailed solicitation documents, including the full RFP and an appendix regarding the public building code of conduct, are available on the city's purchasing portal.

The South Carolina Department of Environmental Services is seeking bids for a single-source provider to deliver car wash services for the state fleet. The service requirements include the use of license plate readers for automated billing and tracking. The initial contract term is for one year starting in June 2026, with options to renew for up to four additional years.

Provide miscellaneous municipal fleet repairs for the city on an as needed basis.

The New York State Office of General Services is soliciting bids on behalf of the Department of Environmental Conservation to install a fleet electric vehicle charging system in Stamford, NY. The project has an estimated value between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 and requires a substantial completion period of 409 days following approval. Bidders must provide a bid security of $41,400 and are required to furnish 100% performance and labor and material bonds.

Provide fleet card products and services for purchasing fuel, maintenance, and roadside assistance. Fuel purchases may include gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, marine, aviation, and propane. The fleet card may also be used for electric vehicle charging stations.

Provide onsite fleet maintenance and repair services. The successful proposer will be required to perform routine wear part maintenance on brake pads, tires, wiper blades etc.

Install electric vehicle chargers for levels 2 and 3 and construct parking lot security enhancements. Provide and install 79 electric vehicle chargers and security enhancements at the E-02 parking lot at University of Washington Seattle campus with a new electrical service connection to the City of Seattle electrical grid. The parking lot is located directly northeast of the intersection of 25th Ave NE and NE 44th Street. This parking lot is located within the former Montlake Landfill footprint and is susceptible to differential settlement. The project will include below grade scope and incorporate support elements and other accommodations to provide stability and uniformity. Provisions will be provided for future expansion of additional direct current fast chargers.

Provide printing of fleet use envelopes.

Leander Independent School District is soliciting vendors to be pre-qualified as fleet vehicle dealerships to provide vehicles under a continuous pre-qualification program. The solicitation is listed as an RFPC (continuous) with contract requirements and terms posted on the district procurement portal; supporting documents are available on the portal but require login to view.

Fleet car wash service.

The Walton County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting quotes from qualified, licensed contractors to perform electrical, plumbing, and mechanical ventilation improvements at the Walton County Fleet Maintenance Facility in DeFuniak Springs. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals required and will install owner-furnished equipment and obtain required permits/inspections. The work includes installing welding/machining outlets, power for ventilation fans and vehicle lifts, a dedicated electric range outlet and vent hood, and running a water supply to a sink location.

The City of Waycross is soliciting sealed price quotations for the annual supply of oils and lubricants for municipal fleet vehicles and heavy equipment under a requirements-based contract.
