The City of Kansas City Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting proposals for a single contractor to provide comprehensive medical, behavioral health, and pharmacy services at the Front Street Detention Facility. The contractor must deliver constitutionally adequate, integrated correctional healthcare services in compliance with applicable laws and nationally recognized standards. The initial contract term is expected to run from 2025 through 2028 with options to renew for an additional three-year term.
