The City of Jackson Community Development Department is soliciting competitive, sealed bids to perform electrical repairs and upgrades to bring a program-qualified homeowner's property at 626 N East St into code compliance. The Swinomish Indian Tribal Community has issued a Request for Qualifications seeking qualified firms to provide Utility Development/Engineering and Water Resource Planning services for the Swinomish Reservation in La Conner, Washington. The work relates to the Tribe's water and utility infrastructure planning needs. Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on August 12, 2026.

Proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants, licensed to practice in the State of Florida, to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027, and in the sole and absolute discretion of the District for each fiscal year thereafter through September 30, 2031.

Seeking for community development financial institution (cdfi) administration of the revolving loan fund in the city.

The City of Natchez, Mississippi, is seeking qualified firms to provide environmental, workplan/application development, and engineering services. These services are for the FY26 Community Grant Program, which is funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's State Tribal Assistance Grant (STAG) Clean Water State Revolving Fund. Proposals must be received by 11:00 AM on July 28, 2026.

Funding is available for qualified nonprofit organizations to provide eligible public service activities through the 2027 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, with approximately $90,000 allocated for public services.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VAPIHCS) seeks a contractor to provide curriculum development, policy analysis, and community engagement to address cultural, structural, and institutional barriers affecting veterans in the Pacific Islands. The contractor will coordinate with community partners and act as an authorized representative of the Center for Pacific Islander Veterans Health (CPIVH) to deliver culturally competent healthcare education across the Pacific Basin. The requirement includes specified staffing levels, multiple attachments with solicitation details, and an estimated budget range of $500,000–$1,500,000.

Lac La Biche County is seeking qualified Design-Build teams to submit proposals for the MacArthur Place Community Hall Expansion, Lakefront Deck Expansion, and Lakefront Commercial Market Development project in Lac La Biche, Alberta. The project is intended to preserve and enhance an important civic and historic landmark while creating a vibrant lakefront destination that supports community use, tourism, small business activity, public gathering, and economic development. Proposals were due by August 10, 2026, with the County reserving the right to proceed in phases subject to Council approval, available budget, permitting, and final contract negotiations.

Osceola County, Florida is soliciting sealed bids (ITB-26-15927-PC) for the Ventura Elementary Sidewalk Project, which involves the construction of approximately 0.61 miles of 5-foot-wide concrete sidewalks along Waters Edge Drive between Rock Springs Court/Hidden Springs Circle and Coco Bay Circle/Vanessa Court. The project's primary goal is to enhance the pedestrian route to Ventura Elementary School, improving safety and accessibility for students and community members. This Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded project under grant #B-24-UC-12-0020 is administered by the Osceola County Board of County Commissioners.

The County of Suffolk is seeking proposals from qualified firms, developers, joint ventures, or partnerships to lease, develop, and/or otherwise utilize publicly owned properties located in the hamlet of Ronkonkoma, Town of Islip, adjacent to the south of the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Station, to be known as the "Long Island Hub." Proposals must include job-generating, market-supported development (excluding housing) such as office, healthcare, life sciences, retail, food and beverage, hospitality, and industrial or manufacturing uses, along with public open space, community amenities, and strong connectivity to transit and MacArthur Airport. A non-mandatory proposer's conference is scheduled for July 16, 2026, with responses due by September 25, 2026.

The County of San Diego issued RFQ 13248 (BPM013248) for Workforce Development Services for the Youth Development Academy (YDA), seeking a contractor to assess existing workforce development activities for YDA youth and assist in developing and implementing appropriate services. The solicitation (posted July 10, 2026) describes contract terms, submission instructions, required forms, evaluation criteria, and requires electronic quote submission through the County's BuyNet procurement portal. Responses are scheduled to be due August 7, 2026 at 01:00:00 AM UTC and the solicitation includes confidentiality and public-records guidance for submissions.

Boulder County Housing Department is soliciting qualifications from qualified contractors to provide mobile home replacement services for households affected by the high wind event on December 30, 2021. The contract scope includes pre-construction, site preparation, mobile home installation, and project closeout, with the goal of establishing a pool of vetted, qualified contractors to improve housing safety, resilience, and habitability for low- and moderate-income households. Funding is provided by HUD through the CDBG-DR program and administered by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs in partnership with the County.
