Provide multiple laboratory and administrative spaces to conduct hardware and software research and development, testing, evaluation and validation of LRSO advanced subsystems. This laboratory is essential to providing hardware validation and software certification for LRSO advanced subsystems for immediate and future fielding to the warfighter. This facility will be designed to support 24-hour operations when required. The facility must meet ICD/ICS 705 standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities.

Major work consists of drilling and casing a new municipal well, including developing, testing, and related tasks. Work also includes equipping a 1,600-gpm municipal well with a vertical turbine pump, electric motor, well discharge and site yard piping, constructing a cmu well building with chemical feed and electrical equipment, furnishing and installing an emergency generator, connection to the existing water distribution system, and miscellaneous improvements to the well site.
