Economic Development Consultant Services

Description: The City of Essex Junction is soliciting proposals from qualified economic development consulting firms to evaluate current efforts and to design and recommend next steps to establish a municipal economic development program. The selected consultant will develop a comprehensive economic development plan with implementation recommendations, provide technical assistance, deliver regular progress reports, and attend meetings with City staff and stakeholders. Questions are due by 2026-07-10 and proposals are due on 2026-07-24 (local Vermont time).
