Westerly Public Schools

The Westerly Public Schools' 2025-2028 Strategic Plan aims to significantly improve student academic performance, increase graduation rates, and ensure post-secondary success. The plan focuses on enhancing reading foundational skills and achievement, boosting math and science proficiency, ensuring a high percentage of students graduate and earn post-secondary credentials, and cultivating a positive school culture. These objectives are supported by strategies such as high-quality instruction, differentiated practice, curriculum-based assessments, individualized planning, social-emotional learning, and trauma-informed practices.
