Insulate pipes if located in an attic or crawlspace or otherwise exposed to outside air. Make proper connections to existing plumbing. Re- install ceiling drywall. Install access panel where hole was cut. Remove all debris from site upon completion.

Proposals for these funding sources will be accepted from organizations providing assistance to low-income households (households with incomes at or below 80% of the Area Median Income {AMI} for San Mateo County) residing within Redwood City and meeting one or more of the City's Consolidated Plan priorities related to affordable housing, homeless services, human services, public facilities, economic development and fair housing.
