Contra Costa County, California is seeking a vendor to provide community wellness network coordination and development services for the Federal D. Glover Community Wellness Network, which is part of the African American Holistic Wellness and Resource Hub approved by the Board of Supervisors in August 2025. The vendor will coordinate a network of service partner providers, facilitate collaboration across county agencies and community-based organizations, align mobile/pop-up/satellite program services, provide technical support to the executive director, monitor outcomes, and produce annual summary reports. The Town of Vail Housing Department seeks a qualified development partner to design and program deed-restricted community housing on the 1.02-acre Columbine Neighborhood site in East Vail; this RFP covers Phase I predevelopment work through a permit-ready plan set.
