The design will follow the recommendations from the recently completed pd&e study. The purpose of this section is to describe the scope of work and responsibilities of the consultant and the county in connection with design and preparation of a complete set of construction contract documents and incidental engineering services, as necessary for improvements to the transportation facility described herein. The consultant is responsible for providing services as defined in the scope of services as detailed in attachment r.
