During research the buyer appears to be PennWest California (California campus, Washington County, PA), but a public buyer-hosted solicitation document or buyer-managed posting could not be located on PennWest or other public PA procurement portals.

Munson Township (Board of Trustees) is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a boardwalk to be installed at 12250 Auburn Road in Chardon, OH. Bids are to be submitted to the Munson Township office and will be accepted until 2:55 PM on July 21, 2026, with a public bid opening at 3:00 PM at the Munson Township office; bidders must provide a bid bond of at least 10% and a 100% performance bond is required prior to award. The City of Charlotte is seeking Progressive Design-Build services to design and construct a new commercial burn facility at 1770 Shopton Rd., Charlotte, NC 28217. The Request for Qualifications (Solicitation 269-2026-250) is open for submissions from qualified firms, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for July 9, 2026 and questions due by July 24, 2026. The submission deadline is August 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT.

Fy 2025 construction management and construction inspection services for the five points roundabout construction project intersection.

The City of Spartanburg, South Carolina has issued a solicitation seeking pre-construction consulting services, with the possibility of subsequent construction services, for the Barnet Park Improvements project. Barnet Park is a premier outdoor event venue in downtown Spartanburg, and this RFP represents the procurement step following the City Council's review of proposed upgrades to the facility (including a substantially upgraded concert venue, new stage infrastructure, and a new clock tower) in March 2026. The selected consultant will provide pre-construction planning and may also perform construction phase services related to these park improvements.

The Town of Natick, Massachusetts, acting through its Memorial School Building Committee (SBC), is seeking a qualified 'Designer' to provide professional design and construction administration services for the Memorial Elementary School project. The selected firm will conduct a feasibility study including alternative solutions evaluation and schematic design phases, with potential continued services through design development, construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and closeout. The estimated construction budget ranges from $75 million to $120 million, with MBE/WBE/VBE participation goals required as part of the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) procurement process.

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) from Alberta's Forestry and Parks department seeks a qualified contractor to provide construction services for a new campground development at the Coffin Bridge Management Unit in Writing-on-Stone Provincial Park, located near Milk River, Alberta. The work includes construction of twelve (12) new walk-in campsites, modest granular parking areas and a trail, vegetation clearing, topsoil stripping, earthworks and fine grading, topsoil and seeding, site furnishings and site signage, along with one (1) year of landscape maintenance and a one-year warranty following issuance of Interim Acceptance. The contract runs from approximately July 29, 2026 to March 12, 2027 (about 32 weeks), and bidders must hold a valid COR/SECOR/COREL/TLC safety certification and provide an electronic bid bond of at least 10% of the bid price.

Hillsborough County, Florida is seeking competitive sealed proposals from non-profit and for-profit developers experienced in affordable housing for the new construction development of County-owned properties listed on the County's Inventory of Real Property Appropriate for Affordable Housing (established under Florida Statute Sec. 125.379) located in unincorporated Hillsborough County. The selected developer(s) will design, finance, and build affordable housing units on these infill parcels to expand the supply of affordable homes for low- and moderate-income households. The estimated total project value is $6,000,000, with the RFP (RFP-26-00304) anticipated to be issued on July 9, 2026 through the County's Bonfire procurement portal.

Lebanon County is soliciting sealed bids for the Lebanon County Municipal Building — Phase II Renovations at 400 South 8th Street in Lebanon, PA, with separate contracts for General Construction, Plumbing, Mechanical (HVAC), and Electrical work. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PennBid portal and will be opened at 1:00 PM prevailing time on August 6, 2026; bidders must provide bid security (10%) and the successful contractor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, and the project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Gloucester Township, New Jersey is soliciting proposals for Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services for the Lakeland Road Connector Trail Construction project. The trail is a multi-use path being funded through Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside funds and will run along Lakeland Road in Gloucester Township, Camden County, New Jersey. The selected firm will provide construction management and inspection services for the trail's construction, with proposals due by August 12, 2026.

The scope of work includes supply, installation, operation and support for the cameras and operation and support of the remote user interface. The District anticipates at least one camera at each school, however, may add additional cameras.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District is soliciting proposals for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide Design/Build and Design Bid/Build construction services for operations and maintenance on civil and military projects within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division (LRD) mission boundaries. The total combined capacity for the MATOC is not to exceed $95,000,000, with a target of seven (7) contract awards covering a three-year base period plus a two-year option period. This procurement is set aside 100% for the SBA HUBZone Small Business Program under NAICS code 236220.
