The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids for the construction of a new one-story wood-framed project office at East Brimfield Lake Dam in Fiskdale, MA. The project includes the demolition of two outbuildings, lead paint abatement, site work, utilities, and parking improvements. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with an estimated value between $1,500,000 and $3,500,000 and an approximate 365-day period of performance.

The Cook County Board of Education is seeking proposals from construction firms for Construction Management at Risk services for facility renovations and new construction projects. The scope includes renovations at Cook Primary, Elementary, and Middle Schools, as well as new construction at Cook High School with a total budget of $23,800,000. Selected firms will provide preconstruction, construction phase, and post-occupancy services including cost estimating and subcontractor procurement.

Continuing construction services for vertical construction projects. Vertical Construction Services may include, but is not limited to general site construction, design-build, foundation, structural, masonry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, interior and exterior finishes, painting, roofing, furnishings, fixture, furniture, planters and art installation, landscaping, ancillary horizontal work, and other work normally associated with vertical construction. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority seeks continuing program management and construction management services for vertical construction projects (generally under $7,500,000) at Orlando International Airport, Orlando Executive Airport, and other Authority facilities. The Authority intends to select up to four firms for non-exclusive Professional Services Agreements for up to five years, with anticipated work including design-bid-build and design-build delivery methods and a wide range of vertical construction tasks. The solicitation was posted May 24, 2026 and proposals are due June 24, 2026 at 2:00pm ET.

Carroll County is seeking qualifications from construction managers to provide pre-construction and Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services for Phase II of the Public Safety Training Center. Interested firms must register and download the full solicitation documents through the Carroll County Public Purchase portal. The project involves managing the construction process to ensure the facility meets the county's public safety training requirements.

The City of San Bernardino issued an RFP seeking development teams to acquire and catalytically develop a 0.5099-acre site at 450 N. F Street in Downtown San Bernardino, focusing on housing, retail, office, or mixed-use projects. The selected developer will enter into an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement to define the project scope and address entitlements and infrastructure needs. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 16, 2026, following a pre-bid conference and a question-and-answer period.

The Contra Costa Transportation Authority requests proposals for pre-construction, construction management, and systems integration oversight services for Phase 1 of the CARM project. The project is funded by the National Infrastructure Project Assistance (Mega) program with local match from the Tri-Valley Transportation Development Fee and requires compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The contract will be awarded as a lump-sum RFP (ID RFP 26-02) and proposals are to be submitted electronically.

Rapid response construction services.

This presolicitation (RFP 75H70126R00009) requests construction of a pre‑designed multiplex at Pine Ridge Hospital in Pine Ridge, SD to provide staff housing and includes full civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and fire protection work. The government (Indian Health Service/HHS) intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria, with an anticipated construction magnitude of $5,000,000–$10,000,000 and a period of performance of 730 days. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted on SAM.gov; no attachments were on SAM.gov at the time of capture and responders are instructed to monitor SAM.gov for solicitation release and documents.

The NYC Department of Design and Construction (DDC) is establishing a pre-qualified list of general contractors to perform medium-scale capital projects with estimated construction costs from $5,000,000 to under $15,000,000. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to create a PQL of contractors eligible for future contract awards; documentation and solicitation materials are available via the City’s procurement portal. The Connecticut State Community College is seeking a Construction Administrator for the renovation of Kinney Hall, a four-level facility constructed in 1977. The project scope includes accessibility upgrades such as elevator installation, restroom renovations, and improved egress stairs to ensure barrier-free access. Additionally, the work involves the renovation or relocation of the Early Childhood Education Center and the replacement of end-of-life equipment to meet current building and fire codes.

Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust (OCWUT) is soliciting bids for Utility Construction Tools and Equipment to establish a 3-year pricing agreement with an optional additional 3-year renewal. Bids are due June 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Time and will be submitted through the agency's electronic bidding system (BidNet); questions were allowed through May 22, 2026. This solicitation is for procurement of goods (not a grant) and the primary posting is on the buyer's electronic bidding portal (BidNetDirect).

The City of Corvallis issued an RFB for the Construction of Rock Creek House seeking a contractor to supply labor and materials, coordinate subcontractors, obtain trade permits, provide insurance, and perform construction management in accordance with approved plans and specifications. The solicitation was posted on 2026-05-08 and has a response deadline of 2026-06-09; the estimated project value is approximately $350,000–$650,000. The original posting is available on the City’s procurement portal where solicitation documents and submission instructions must be accessed.

CPS Energy is soliciting proposals for electrical substation construction services, including design and construction activities associated with substations in the San Antonio area. The solicitation is for a contract to provide construction services for CPS Energy’s substation projects, with an estimated value in the multi-million dollar range. Bidders must meet CPS Energy’s licensing, certification, and procurement requirements and submit proposals through the official procurement portal.

The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District is soliciting proposals for a continuing services contract to perform a wide range of small construction, repair, maintenance, and emergency repair tasks. Scope examples include minor construction/renovations, site work, concrete/asphalt patching, utility and stormwater work, and interior/exterior repairs. The solicitation appears to seek firms able to provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation and may result in multiple awards.

The University of New Mexico (UNM) Facilities Design & Construction is soliciting qualified construction cost estimating consultants to provide on-call estimating services for capital improvement, renovation, infrastructure, deferred maintenance, and new construction projects across the UNM system. Services include preparing independent cost estimates, supporting project planning and programming, conducting value analysis, and providing cost control throughout design and construction phases.
