Provide construction and installation for a new pavilion. Sidewalk construction.

The City of Columbia issued an Invitation for Bids for the North Tanglewood Construction project involving roadway, drainage, and sanitary sewer pipe rehabilitation in Columbia, SC. Road Construction.

Provide construction of aerators. The project includes the installation of 6 aerators with appurtenances, along with electrical equipment.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Caribbean District issued a Sources Sought notice seeking capabilities statements for a potential design-build and design-bid-build Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to support construction projects in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The MATOC would have a five-year ordering period with an estimated overall magnitude between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000 and a maximum shared capacity between $99,000,000 and $249,900,000. Responses are due May 29, 2026, as part of market research to identify interested and capable parties for future construction task orders.
