Design and Construction of a Pump Track --- Conception Et Construction D'une Piste a Rouleaux (Pumptrack)

Description: The Ville de Sherbrooke is soliciting proposals for the design and construction of a pumptrack at Parc Jacques-Cartier as a turnkey design-build ('clé en main') project. The pumptrack will be a fluid and safe asphalt course slightly embedded in the ground, suitable for BMX, other types of bicycles, skateboards, scooters, inline skates, etc., with three skill levels (beginner, intermediate, expert) and minimum widths of 1.1m to 2m. Submissions will be evaluated using a two-stage weighted quality/price system as described in section 3, with the first stage being qualitative evaluation and the second stage being price evaluation for submissions that received at least 70/100.
