To provide 1 Waters Mass Trak IVD Platform. Capability statements should address the following state requirements: Years of experience providing MSMS instruments, technical support, maintenance, and repairs with the NBS laboratory in Washington State. Equipment with specifications equal to the Xevo TQ-S’s rapid multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) acquisition rates of 500 MRM data points per second with good sensitivity. Equipment with processes equal to the Waters Xevo TQ-S’s use of traveling waves in the collision cells helps the rapid MRM data acquisition without loss in signal intensity while minimizing cross talk between adjacent MRM channels. Equipment with class of instruments can switch ion mode polarity rapidly. This is important for the X-ALD assay. Instruments with slower ion polarity switching may decrease the amount of X-ALD tests that we can perform per instrument. See attached file.
