The meeting began with acknowledgments to the AV team and Rachel Scoffields for their preparation. The council approved the trustee emmeritus nominations for Clarion University trustees R. Lee James, James Kyer, Suzanne Burns, Melissa Bower, and Howard Shrekenoss. Melissa Hammer Bower was recognized for her 10 years of service as a Clarion University trustee and her involvement in various initiatives. Representative R.
