Request for Additional Physicians: Neurological/Neurodevelopmental Evaluations & Psychiatric Evaluations - As-Needed. to secure professional services, as identified below in order to assist the District’s Child Study Teams (CST) in the process of determining a student’s eligibility to be classified as a student Eligible for Special Education and Related Services.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Human Services is soliciting qualified professionals to provide forensic behavioral health evaluations for child welfare-involved individuals and families. The scope includes assessments of parent mental health, caregiver capacity, disability accommodations, and parent-child attachment, with expert testimony capabilities as needed. Proposals must be submitted through BidNet Direct by the stated closing date of July 20, 2026.

The Texas Department of Family & Protective Services seeks qualified applicants for Hospital Sitting Services for children in DFPS Conservatorship who are hospitalized. Services may also be required at rehabilitative or nursing home facilities. Applicants must provide supervision and basic child care services, with potential additional requirements for Court and/or Case Consultation services. The open enrollment period is from April 3, 2025, to August 31, 2030.

Provide specialized assistance to San Diego families who represent distinctive cultural, ethnic, linguistic populations within the County. Family Support Liaison Specialists (FSLS) help educate San Diego families involved in the child welfare system on child welfare laws, system processes, communication, and early intervention strategies that enhance child safety and help families better understand and navigate the multiple processes involved in the child welfare system.

Federally approved child car seats.

Acquisition of Custodial services. Provide cleaning services for facilities including flooring care, restroom cleaning and periodic cleaning tasks to maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Specific cleaning is required by regulation and to retain accreditation for the Fitness Center, Youth Center and Child Development Center (CDC).

Provide evidence-based prevention services in its family first prevention plan, child first, functional family therapy (FFT), parents as teachers (pat), healthy families America (HFA), fostering healthy futures - preteen (FHF-P).

Provide a coordinated response, with Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) Child and Family Well-Being (CFWB) as part of a multi-disciplinary team, to Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC), ages twelve (12) to twenty-one (21) years.

Seeks to identify and retain three (3) qualified conflict attorney to handle misdemeanor and felony criminal, juvenile offender, adult in need of care (ainoc), and child in need of care (cinoc) matters that the community's defense services office cannot ethically handle and are required to recuse.

Adams County (Colorado) has issued a Request for Applications (RFA 2026.418) for third quarter core services, seeking eligible contractors for its Human Services Department's Core Services Initiative. Provide vended meals for the construction academy nonprofit child nutrition program.

Cps focuses on children and their families and seeks active involvement of the children's parents and other family members, and the community to solve problems that lead to abuse or neglect.

The Oregon Health Authority is soliciting price agreement applications for lead-based paint remediation services to support enforcement of regulations in target housing and child-occupied facilities. Services include lead risk assessments, abatement, hazard control, and clearance activities under a Price Agreement model. This solicitation is an open market competitive procurement intended to establish contractors to perform work as needed.

Provide vended meal service for the federally funded school child nutrition program.

The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families seeks responses from individuals and organizations to deliver training to professional adults working in a child welfare setting and to develop related curriculum. The solicitation is open and invites trainers and curriculum developers to support child welfare training needs for DCF.

The South Carolina Department of Social Services (SCDSS) is soliciting fixed-price bids from qualified instructors to deliver training across seven program areas including Essential Soft Skills, Leadership, Adult Services, Child Welfare Services, Economic Services, Instructional Design, and Foster/Adoptive/Kinship Care. The solicitation describes minimum qualifications, insurance and background check requirements, fixed compensation rates for presentations, and an initial one-year contract with up to four one-year renewals extending through December 31, 2029.
