Create additional county-based child care slots for children 0-12 years old.

Construction of new child development center. Construction of a new Child Development Center (16,632 SF) with adjacent outdoor play areas (16,667 SF) for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years of age. Work will include installation of information systems, video monitoring, alarm and intercom systems. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained system. See attached file.

Distribute child passenger restraint devices to low income and medicaid children statewide through the existing hospitals and health organizations.

Modernization of the Child Nutrition Management System (CNMS).
