The Massachusetts Department of Mental Health has issued an Intent to Procure for Child, Youth, and Family Therapeutic Day Services to support individuals with serious emotional disturbances. This procurement process includes a bidder listening session in May 2026 followed by a formal Request for Response anticipated in January 2027. Interested parties must submit their responses by the February 26, 2027, deadline.

Design Build-the major m&r and expansion project involves a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the existing facility. The project scope encompasses addressing hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, mold, lead in soils), installation of temporary improvements at a nearby site to accommodate the cdc program during the renovation, new utilities, electrical systems, interior and exterior lighting with led fixtures, telecommunications infrastructure, and prefabricated storage buildings, once the renovation is complete and the program has moved back, all temporary improvements will be removed. The project aims to increase the cdc's capacity, improve safety and security, enhance energy efficiency, upgrade play areas, and ensure compliance with current codes and standards.

Approx. 90 Breakfast, 90 Lunches, and 90 PM Snacks will be served Monday through Friday. The proposed operating days will run year round and will include service for 230 days.

The Department of Children Initiatives (DCI) seeks proposals to expand regulated child care capacity in Allegheny County, PA, creating slots for children aged 0-12 with emphasis on unserved or underserved communities. The contract term is 12 months with an optional one-year renewal and requires maintaining quality standards (Keystone STARS 3 or 4), MWDBE participation, and PA Office of Child Development and Early Learning compliance.
