CCSCs will support licensed and registered child care programs facing staff shortages or absences by providing qualified substitute caregivers. The CCSCs will administer substitute pools for eligible child care providers. These services will be provided at no cost to the child care providers.

The County of Amador, California is issuing Request for Proposals 26-08 (RFP 26-08) to obtain a qualified firm to serve as Child and Family Team (CFT) Meeting Facilitator. Under a three-year contract, the selected contractor will work closely with the Amador County Child Protective Services Social Workers to create Child and Family Teams and to convene and facilitate CFT meetings for children, youth, and families placed in out-of-home care, in collaboration with the Amador County Department of Social Services. Funding for fiscal year 2026/27 is not to exceed $30,000, with annual budgets thereafter tied to allocations received by the County.

The Manitoba Government is soliciting design services for a mother and child bison monument to be erected at the Manitoba Legislature in Winnipeg. The monument will replace the former Queen Victoria statue and serve as a symbol of all Manitobans while honoring the sacred bonds of family affected by the residential school era. This active tender opportunity opened on July 16, 2026 and closes on August 31, 2026.

The scope covers redesigning intake and case initiation workflows, modernizing case management and financial management components, migrating legacy mainframe data-exchange jobs (COBOL/JCL) to modern platforms, and building a modern data-analytics capability. The Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (Division of Child Support) seeks vendors to provide alternate payment options for non-custodial parents, including collecting funds, identifying payer account information, and electronically transferring funds and payment remittance details to the agency. The contract term is up to four years with possible extensions; vendors must comply with ACH and PCI-DSS standards and maintain bonds and contingency plans.
