Seeking proposals to conduct an annual monitoring review of the child care quality program.

Project consists of the construction of a new single-story, type v-b building (building e) of approximately 15,540 SF, and associated site work for the district's child development department.

B100 child development center repairs. Replacing deteriorated concrete surfaces, repairing uneven walkways, and improving the clarity and organization of the parking lot. Replacement of approximately 1800 sf concrete slabs in the playground area. Remove and replace the wooden grate section in the walkway with concrete.
