The County of San Bernardino is soliciting proposals to provide Child and Family Team Facilitator services under a fee-for-service contract for a three-year term. The program has an estimated annual budget of $2,800,000 and a total three-year budget of $8,400,000; proposers must demonstrate experience, cultural competence, and the ability to coordinate Child and Family Teams and develop individualized service plans.
