The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services is seeking applications from licensed Child Placing Agencies for 24-hour Residential Child Care services. This open enrollment is for both in-state and out-of-state agencies to provide care, custody, supervision, assessment, training, education, and treatment services for children in DFPS care. Current contractors must complete a recertification application by December 19, 2023.

Residential child-care services.

Provide child care services management and operations.

Provide qualified chemical product suppliers to provide products for MDPS for the 2026-2027 school year. Includes 4/9 LB machine detergent; 2/2.25 LB machine rinse aid.

Provide bread product suppliers to provide products for MDPS for the 2026-2027 school year.

Providing child inpatient psychiatric hospitalization services to center- authorized persons with serious mental illness. Contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms thereafter by mutual agreement of the parties or by re-solicitation for services by the center.

Providing weekend and holiday protective services for children and adults to include screening and investigation services for suspected child and adult abuse and neglect cases and crisis intervention services in open child welfare and adult protective services cases.

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting weekly janitorial services for the Marshalltown Child Support Services (CSS) office located at 101 Iowa Ave W, Suite 400, Marshalltown, IA. The contract has an anticipated initial term of one year beginning 2026-08-01 with the State having the sole option to renew for up to five additional one-year terms. Proposals are open for submission from 2026-05-22 through 2026-06-12, with the submission deadline listed as 2026-06-12 3:00 PM (Central Time).

Provide a program of outpatient behavioral health and supportive services to children, adolescents, and families, referred by the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Child Welfare Services (CWS), who exhibit behavioral, mental health, parenting and/or learning challenges. Services must be community-based, child-centered and family-focused.

Texas DFPS is issuing an open enrollment solicitation to HHSC-licensed Child Placing Agencies to enter contracts for Treatment Foster Family Care (TFFC) residential child-care services for children in DFPS conservatorship across DFPS regions. The solicitation provides application forms, supplemental conditions, and addenda and lists a submission deadline of August 31, 2027 at 05:00 pm CDT.
