The Illinois Department of Central Management Services seeks a qualified, licensed day-care provider to operate the State of Illinois Child Development Center at the Michael A. Bilandic Building in Chicago. The operator will manage the center’s staffing and day-to-day services, furnish supplies and materials, coordinate a transition, and comply with Illinois DCFS Rule 407.
