Supply of grocery for the 2026-2027 school year child nutrition program.

The City of Philadelphia Department of Human Services (DHS) is soliciting proposals for Emergency Crisis Consultant Support to provide trauma-informed behavioral health services for child welfare and juvenile justice staff following critical incidents. Services include group and limited individual counseling, manager training on vicarious trauma and stress exposure, development of trauma-response protocols, 24/7 crisis intervention availability, and monthly reporting. The contract is planned to start July 7, 2026 for one year with up to four one-year extensions.

Project consists of demolition. Work will include hazardous materials abatement of lead paint, asbestos-containing building materials, pcb-containing materials, universal hazardous wastes, and other materials requiring special handling and disposal, as well as demolition of existing structures and appurtenances.

Construction of new child development center. Construction of a new Child Development Center (16,632 SF) with adjacent outdoor play areas (16,667 SF) for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years of age. Work will include installation of information systems, video monitoring, alarm and intercom systems. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained system. See attached file.

Removal of wallpaper and interior wall painting services in Facility 336 Child Development Center (CDC).

Lease at high school for child care facility.

Provide DV/IPV Experts at the CPH to identify the safety and risk factors surrounding an allegation of DV/IPV so that more accurate determinations can be made regarding the appropriate level of family intervention, whether that be a warm hand-off to a community provider or further investigation by DCFS.

Dishwashing supply for the 2026-2027 school year child nutrition program.

The buyer is soliciting proposals for a cloud-ready Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) to replace an existing child welfare case management system. The scope of work includes the design, development, and implementation of the new system, as well as post-implementation operation and maintenance services. This procurement is identified as Opportunity ID A765DSS:85740 and is currently active with a response deadline in late 2026.

Project consists of an interior renovation of approx., 5,000 SF of currently unoccupied space on level 13 of the mccormack building. The renovation includes a new layout with a mixture of private offices and shared offices, workstations and open collaboration spaces, a medium-sized conference room, training room, two huddle rooms, a new kitchenette and new wellness room.

This solicitation requests firm-fixed-price commercial services for the removal of wallpaper and interior wall painting at the Child Development Center (Facility 336) at Vance AFB. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision while adhering to Low-VOC paint requirements and texture matching. Award of the contract is contingent upon the availability of funds, and all proposals must be submitted electronically by the June 2026 deadline.

Provide mental health screening for the targeted at-risk population, identify any mental health issues and provide services for those children and youth, particularly the uninsured and underinsured, whose screening demonstrates a need for further evaluation and treatment. Applicants must have provided such screenings in the prior grant cycle to be eligible.

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) is soliciting proposals to provide Domestic Violence/Intimate Partner Violence (DV/IPV) Experts to support the Child Protection Hotline by identifying safety and risk factors in allegations and linking families to services. The contract term begins July 1, 2027, for 12 months with four one-year optional extensions and an initial maximum annual amount of $300,000. Proposers must demonstrate experience administering government contracts and delivering DV/IPV services, with proposals due by June 1, 2026.

The Assumption Parish School Board is soliciting sealed bids for its Child Nutrition Program for the 2026–2027 school year to supply categories including food, milk, fresh produce, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and chemicals. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on June 11, 2026, to the Child Nutrition Program Office, with electronic submissions available via Central Bidding.
