Rehabilitate building interior & replace life safety system.

Work generally consists of replacement of an existing stormwater pump and motor assembly, realignment of and existing stormwater force main, installation of new sewer lift station and force main, and surface restoration.

Forsyth Technical Community College is soliciting bids to remove the existing VRF system and install a new 20-ton AHU system including required ductwork and VAV components, with controls integration and commissioning coordinated with Hoffman & Hoffman. The work will be performed at Forsyth Technical Community College (2100 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC). The solicitation was posted 2026-05-27 and responses are due 2026-06-16; a pre-bid conference is scheduled for 2026-06-24 at 2:00 PM.

Repair facade and replace limestone panels at the justice building.

The College of Charleston issued an IFB to provide and install pin-mounted exterior letters at multiple campus buildings, including the Willard A. Silcox Health Sciences Center and the School of Education. The contractor must perform site surveys within seven business days of receiving a purchase order and provide necessary lifts for measurements and installation. Bidders must register on the College’s procurement platform to view full solicitation details and submit responses by the June 2026 deadline.

Install Personal Duress Transmitter & Receiver System.

The New York State Office of General Services is soliciting separate contracts for construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work to rehabilitate Adult Living Units and upgrade heating systems in Building 62 at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center. The project has an estimated total value exceeding $29 million across the four trades and requires specific bid security amounts for each contract. Substantial completion is required within 1,491 days of agreement approval, with established participation goals for MWBE and SDVOB entities.

The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the finish renovations to the existing Administration Building, Murphy Cottage, and Annex building. Finish renovations to include painting of existing interior wall surfaces, doors and frames, and gypsum board ceilings and soffits where applicable including new carpet floor tile, VCT, and LVT. Scope also includes the main stair in the Administration Building polishing of the existing terrazzo and wood refinish of the existing stairs and railings.

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting firm-fixed-price services to perform a full test, adjustment, and rebalancing (TAB) of the Pease Building heating system at USCG Air Station Port Angeles. The project includes system inspection, flow and performance testing, component adjustment, and thermostat/control verification to ensure optimal operation. This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Business under NAICS 238220, with electronic quotes due by June 11, 2026.
