The State of Rhode Island’s Office of Management and Budget issued an RFI to gather information on modern public-sector budget system solutions, including technologies, functionalities, implementation strategies, and innovations to improve budget development, forecasting, performance management, and reporting. Responses are being accepted from vendors registered in Ocean State Procures and will be evaluated by the Division of Purchases in Providence, RI. The RFI is intended to inform future procurements and is not a grant or a request for contract proposals.

The City of Shawnee posted a Notice of Budget Hearing to amend the 2024 budget; the hearing was scheduled for December 9, 2024 at 6:00 PM. The notice was posted Nov 27, 2024, is listed as active on the aggregator (Last Updated 8/28/2025), and shows a close date of Dec 28, 2027; documentation is available on the city's Public Notices page.

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) issued a Request for Information titled 'Budget & Finance Support Services' to solicit interest in budget and finance support services. The procurement effort is currently delayed due to organizational changes, and the agency indicates a new sources-sought notice will be advertised at a later date. The current notice remains open for vendor awareness from March 9, 2026, through June 1, 2026.

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is seeking follow-on support services for the OLAB Budget Formulation System (BFS). This requirement is for a task order against an existing GSA schedule to ensure continuity of critical budget formulation and IT support services. The project includes a 12-month base period starting in May 2026 with four subsequent 12-month option periods.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution with the following capabilities. Respondents should address their solution's ability to meet these requirements. Evaluation criteria will include innovative solutions to automate wherever possible, integrate with the DON’s system solutions in its target state, to include SAP S/4HANA and PBIS, and demonstrated ability to meet the requirements below. Harris County is soliciting proposals for a construction project to expand the loading dock at Ben Taub Hospital, including comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and security system upgrades. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit are scheduled for June 8, 2026, to ensure all bidders understand the project requirements. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, is conducting market research for the design and construction of a Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (TUAV) hangar at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The City of Napa is requesting proposals from professional project management firms for the design and construction of a new Public Recreation & Aquatics Center. The project involves managing three phases including conceptual design, construction documents, and construction oversight with an estimated budget of $50–$75 million. The selected consultant will coordinate with City staff and the Project Architect to manage the schedule, budget, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
