Bay County, Florida is soliciting Requests for Information/Qualifications (RFIQ) for the replacement of the roof of the Dryer Building at the County's Water Treatment Plant located at 3400 Transmitter Road, Panama City, FL 32404. This is a construction bid solicitation, not a grant program, and is referenced as bid number 26-35-055. Bids are due by July 26, 2026.

Purchase and installation of window replacements and floor infill.

Water treatment plant filter media replacement. Scope of work includes - 12 EA filter underdrain and air piping inspection; 12 EA filter disinfection; 1 LS backwash pump and blower health check; 1 LS valves and gate inspection; 12 EA disposal of existing filter media; 12 EA filter media; 12 EA filter walkway; 12 EA filter railing; 12 EA filter grating ancillary items; 12 EA filter windows; see attached file.

The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD), headquartered in Wylie, Texas, is soliciting competitive sealed bids (Reference No. 26-161-CIP) for the construction and installation of emergency backup power systems at the Tawakoni Water Treatment Plant and its adjacent High Service Pump Station. The project is listed in NTMWD's FY2026 Capital Improvement Plan as Construction Project 0664, following a prior engineering services agreement (Project No. 101-0664-25) approved by NTMWD's Board. Bids must be submitted electronically through NTMWD's BonfireHub e-procurement portal, with submissions due on August 13, 2026.

Construction of lagoon improvements at the current water treatment plant with related appurtenances.

The City of Sugar Land is seeking a contractor to modify and rehabilitate its existing Surface Water Treatment Plant (Surface Water Treatment Plant Rehab Phase 1). The scope includes chemical metering and transfer pump improvements, a chlorine dioxide system, membrane building piping replacement, chemical protective coating, and associated electrical, instrumentation, and control improvements; the contractor will be responsible for mobilization, bonds, and insurance. The project duration is 640 calendar days and the solicitation is an RFP open 2026-07-01 through 2026-08-06, with procurement documents available on the City’s procurement portal.

The District of Houston is soliciting bids for the Water Treatment Plant Filter Media Replacement project at its municipal water treatment facility. The work generally consists of removing and disposing of existing filter media from six (6) existing manganese greensand pressure filters, performing internal inspection of the pressure filter vessels and components, optionally replacing damaged components, and replacing the filter media (manganese greensand, anthracite, gravel and torpedo sand) sequentially to maintain potable water production. The Successful Bidder will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract, with bids due by 2:00:00 PM local time on July 31, 2026 through the Urban Systems bidsandtenders.ca tendering portal.

The Project includes the following Work: Division 1 - Improvements to the Pound Water Treatment Plant including, the replacement of 2 media filter tanks and filter media, surface wash plumbing, backwash pump, finish water pumps, filter consoles, chemical feed lines and injection points, doors, concrete steps and slab, service waterline to the water treatment plant, 2-4" flow control valves, and exterior paint on clarifier. Work also includes the installation of a new finish water pump station and building, bulk storage building and chemical totes, new chemical feed pumps, and all associated electrical services, lines, and panels. Division 2 - The construction and installation of a 500,000-gallon and a 350,000-gallon, glass-lined, bolted steel water storage tank, approx. 2,000 LF of 10" waterline, ten 10" gate valves, 1,500 LF of chain link fencing, and associated appurtenances.

Installation of a 162 ID AWWA D110 Type III prestressed concrete tank, process piping and connection to distribution and other site improvements.

The Project consists of replacing the existing underground fuel oil system with a new above-ground system.

The City of Cottage Grove, Minnesota is soliciting electronic bids for the decommissioning of Well No. 10 Interim Water Treatment Plant. The work generally consists of demolition of the interim water treatment plant, including concrete foundation walls, footings, and slabs, removal of ten (10) treatment tanks from the building for return to the manufacturer, and site improvements including restoration to previous grades, bituminous, concrete, sanitary manhole and pipe removal, abandonment of sanitary sewer, landscaping, and site restoration. Work includes filter beds 1 & 2 media replaced, under drain piping, lateral piping, surface wash piping, surface wash arms and four flap gates, all existing and new metal components epoxy coated; rehabilitation and upgrade of the infiltration system at the provincial water plant. The work will include complete removal and replacement of filter media, underdrain systems, surface wash components, piping, valves, brackets, bolts, and appurtenant hardware; remove existing filter media and replace;media layering to include washed rotary surface wash sand, intermediate and high- density sand, and multiple layers of graded support gravel. Work includes part b includes the new construction of a 40'x40'x14' pre-engineered metal building and the associated site improvements. Part C includes a new 8' wide x 12'-8" tall masonry opening for access to the existing high service pump room.

Manitoba Water Services Board (MWSB) has issued Request for Tender MWSB 1818 for the construction of a new Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and associated works at Manipogo Provincial Park, located near Toutes Aides in Division No 17, Manitoba. The project is a new-build civil (water/sewage) construction valued between $1M and $5M, funded provincially and acting on behalf of MB Environment and Parks. Bidders must submit proposals through the MWSB bid platform with a closing date of July 24, 2026.

The Township of Spring (Berks County, Pennsylvania) is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026-2027 Seasonal Requirements for Waste Water Treatment Plant Chemicals. Bidders must provide specified treatment chemicals on a seasonal basis to support the Township's wastewater treatment operations. The contract covers the chemical supply needs for the upcoming fiscal/seasonal year with renewal pricing provisions tied to a defined index.

The City of Warren, Michigan has issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB-W-1844) to furnish and complete break room renovations at its Waste Water Treatment Plant located at 32360 Warkop Ave in Warren, MI. The solicitation was published on July 9, 2026 on BidNet Direct (MITN), the City of Warren's official central bid notification system for all departments. Sealed proposals are due by 12:30 PM EDT on July 29, 2026, and vendors must register on BidNet Direct to access the solicitation documents and submit their bid electronically.

The City of Glendale, Arizona issued this Request for Qualifications (Solicitation No. 42600055) seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide professional engineering services for the Oasis Surface Water Treatment Plant located at 7070 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale, AZ. The selected firm will perform an assessment of the plant's processes, critical components, and facilities, and may subsequently provide design and construction administration services for recommended improvements. The solicitation was originally posted on June 3, 2026, with the due date extended to August 6, 2026.

The City of Chandler, Arizona is soliciting sealed bids for Project No. WA2501.401, the Pecos Surface Water Treatment Plant Large Conference Room Addition. This project consists of constructing a new approximately 1,600-square-foot addition to the Administration Building of the Pecos Surface Water Treatment Facility, located at 1475 E. Pecos Road, Chandler, Arizona, which will include a conference/training room, restroom, IT room, and storage room. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is scheduled, and sealed bids are due by 3:00 p.m. Arizona Time on August 25, 2026.
