Water Infrastructure RFPs

The City of Norfolk is seeking bids for the demolition of the High Pressure Pump Station No. 1 at the Moores Bridges Water Treatment Plant. The project includes the demolition of the existing building, construction of a brick wall extension, and installation of a new chain link fence. Additionally, the scope covers the abandonment of existing yard piping and various electrical improvements to the facility.

Project consists of construction of a new regional extended aeration wastewater treatment facility to service residents and portions of the county regional sewer district includes an influent pump station, influent screening, an aeromod extended aeration treatment system, uv disinfection, post aeration, site work, mechanical, plumbing, and e&i work.

Modifications to the wastewater treatment plant including replacement of fine screening and grit removal equipment; demolition of trickling filter biological treatment structures and equipment; construction of oxidation ditches, final clarifiers, and RAS/WAS Pump Building; conversion from chlorine disinfection to ultraviolet disinfection; construction of aerobic digesters and modifications to the pump building to house blowers; demolition of the egg shaped anaerobic digesters; modifications to the existing sludge storage tank and construction of additional sludge storage; modifications to the Administration Building, construction of a storage building, electrical power distribution and standby power improvements; site utility and roadway improvements; construction of stormwater detention; and all necessary connections and appurtenances.

The California Department of Fish & Wildlife (CDFW) issued an IFB seeking contractors to operate and perform routine maintenance, inspections, sampling, and repairs for the Hot Creek Hatchery domestic water treatment system in Mono County. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 22, 2026, at the hatchery location. Bids are due by June 2, 2026, and the solicitation is currently open for submissions.

The City of Yuba City is soliciting engineering consulting services to assess, design, and provide construction-phase support for the rehabilitation of sedimentation and flocculation basins at its Water Treatment Plant. The scope includes condition assessment, environmental documentation, and the design of immersion coating systems compliant with NSF/ANSI 61. Selected consultants will also provide bidding assistance and develop an Operations & Maintenance Manual while ensuring treatment capacity is maintained throughout construction.

The City of Avalon is soliciting proposals for roof modification at the Waste Water Treatment Plant Lab and roof remediation for Casino showers and restrooms, covering all labor, materials, and services necessary to complete the work. Proposals must be received by the City Clerk at 410 Avalon Canyon Road, P.O. Box 707, Avalon, CA 90704 by 5:00 PM on June 19, 2026, or may be submitted electronically via the Public Purchase portal. This is a construction procurement and may require compliance with California prevailing wage laws.

Repair of four (4) milli-q advantage 10 water purification pathway systems and the replacement of filters, lights, and cartridges necessary to operate for the medical center.

This project involves the construction of a new chemical storage tank and an adjacent chemical feed building for the South Hutchinson Wastewater Treatment Plant. The improvements are specifically designed for the facility's phosphorous treatment system. Bids must be submitted to the City of South Hutchinson and will be publicly opened on the specified due date.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Building Brick Repairs.

The City of Breese is soliciting sealed bids for a design‑build construction contract to upgrade its wastewater treatment plant, including a new terminal lift station, headworks building, and UV disinfection system. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 27, 2026, and bids will be publicly opened at Breese City Hall on June 18, 2026. The contract requires compliance with Illinois prevailing wage laws and will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.

Upgrade to wastewater treatment plant for process efficiency through the addition of a 415,000 gallon sludge storage tank with associated piping, pumps and controls.

Treatment filter plant roof replacement.

Operation and maintenance (o&m) of the wastewater treatment plant and related leachate management systems, including all associated appurtenance.

Construction of a cast-in-place concrete stop log structure with manufactured aluminum stop logs, extension of an 18" gravity sewer with two plug valves, rip-rap stone; bentonite clay liner, trench dewatering, start-up; and miscellaneous associated work, including restoration and clean-up. The two 18-plug valves will be provided by the owner.
