Replacement of approx., 3400 residential meters, installation of 6 zone meters, and installation of AMR system.

El Paso Water Utilities (EPWater) is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms for planning, design, and bid services for a new Northwest Surface Water Treatment Plant to treat Rio Grande River water. The selected firm will perform comprehensive services including site work, intake, treatment processes, and mechanical/electrical/SCADA systems at a site in Vinton, Texas. This procurement is a Request for Submittal issued by EPWater.

A California government agency is seeking a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transport, and services necessary for a comprehensive Wastewater Treatment Plant modernization project. The work transitions the plant's processing from existing trickling filters and continuous backwash sand filters to a modern Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) package plant. Proposals are due by 6:00 PM EDT on September 1, 2026, with the solicitation posted in mid-July 2026.

The City of Ropesville is soliciting competitive sealed bids for Contract 1 of its Water Treatment Improvements project, involving the installation of a 150 gpm Reverse-Flow Reverse Osmosis (RFRO) Water Treatment Plant, including pumps, equipment, piping, and appurtenances at Ropesville, Texas. The project is funded in part by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) under TWDB No. 62863 and is engineered by Jacob & Martin, LLC (JM Project No. 19119). The estimated construction cost is $1,300,000 with a 5% bid bond required, 100% performance/payment bonds, and Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates and American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements applicable.

Water treatment plant management, operations, and maintenance.

The Work consists of, but not limited to, the following: performance of a subsurface utility engineering (SUE) investigation and preparation of a final underground utility routing plan based on the design drawings and verified field conditions; procurement of all required permits from the City; clearing and preparation of conduit alignments; trenching, installation, backfilling, and full surface restoration for both paved and landscaped areas; installation and pulling of electrical conductors and fiber optic cabling within the conduit system; installation of camera support poles and associated mounting hardware; completion of all electrical and fiber terminations to camera devices; execution of building penetrations including proper sealing and restoration; installation and integration of servers and video recording systems; final termination, labeling, and testing of all electrical and fiber systems; and full system commissioning.

Contract includes modification of an existing water treatment facility with existing resin exchange units to include the installation of cartridge filters; ultraviolet disinfection systems; pfas removal system; instrumentation and control improvements; plumbing modification; wellhead protection; overhead door; hydropneumatic tank; emergency generator, and the replacement of exiting 4" finished water main with a new 8-inch main.

The State of Iowa is seeking bids for the procurement of an 800-amp, 480V water treatment Motor Control Center (MCC) with a NEMA 1 gasketed enclosure, copper tin-plated bus, and 42K AIC rating. The MCC includes top, bottom, and vertical wireways, with delivery required before April 1, 2027. This solicitation was posted on the Iowa statewide bid portal and indexed by BidNet Direct.

The City of Penticton, through Request for Proposal 2026-RFP-15, is seeking qualified firms to submit Proposals for upgrading the domestic water SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) radio system at its Water Treatment Plant. Proposals, together with all required submission forms (Part D), must be uploaded through the City's Bonfire procurement portal, with a non-mandatory pre-bid site meeting scheduled for July 8, 2026 at 10:00 am Pacific at 1900 Penticton Ave, Penticton, BC V2A 2N5. The closing date for proposal submissions is July 28, 2026 at 2:00 pm local (Pacific Daylight) time, and questions must be submitted through the Bonfire Messages section by July 22, 2026 at 4:00 pm local time.

Demolition of existing chemical feed systems and appurtenances. Installation of new lime and chlorine feed systems, including prefabricated chemical buildings. Additive alternate bid items also include a canopy and standby generator.

St. Johns County, Florida is soliciting sealed bids under Invitation for Bids No. 2995 for the North Beach Water Treatment Plant Improvements project. The scope includes constructing a new treatment building housing reverse osmosis (RO) feed pumps, RO skids, high service pumps, clean-in-place tank and pump, anti-scalant tank and skid, electrical room and gear, air conditioning, restroom, and storage, along with demolition of the existing treatment building and rectangular storage tank. Additional work involves installation of a new transformer and pad, generator, plant control system integrated with SCADA, relocation of a sodium hypochlorite tank and skid, site grading and drainage, and yard piping modifications.
