Mobilization; 1.00 L.S. Two (2) Base Stations w/ 1 Year Software, Programming, and O&M w/Operator Training.

Project generally includes removal and replacement of existing water meters of various sizes, installation of advanced metering infrastructure (ami) communication components, replacement of meter box lids and related appurtenances, integration with the city's meter data management systems, testing and commissioning of ami equipment, customer service coordination, restoration of disturbed surfaces, and all associated work necessary to provide a complete and operational ami-enabled water metering system.

Deliver a fully operational AMI system for both electric and water utilities.

Construction of a new 3.0 MGD ion exchange water treatment plant and all associated site work, electrical, plumbing, instrumentation & controls, and all other associated features. It also includes finishing of wells 8 and 9, associated well houses, finished and raw watermains, and a sanitary sewer. See attached file and outside link.

Work generally includes the addition of a new membrane filtration skid unit, new membrane cleaning and waste neutralization systems, replacement of a two high service sendout pumps, replacement of air compressors, electrical service upgrades and other miscellaneous improvements at the Water Treatment Plant.

Water Treatment Plant Replacement. The improvements proposed include a selective demolition of the existing WTP to be replaced with a new 110' by 70' CMU Block Building, the installation of a new high service booster pumping equipment and associated suction and discharge piping, valves and fittings, the installation of a new state-of-the-art iron removal pressure filtration treatment system utilizing GreenSand Plus and anthracite media, the installation of new chemical feed and handling systems including a lime slurry feed system and sodium hypochlorite solution feed system, and a complete filter backwash wastewater handling and decant / supernatant recycling system. The upgrades shall be installed with all necessary treated water and sanitary piping, valves and appurtenances, electrical, instrumentation and controls, connections to the existing system, building modifications, and structural improvements necessary to support the structures. The project also includes modifications to the existing above-grade steel clearwell tanks and slat tray aeration systems including piping and vessel modifications to accommodate the connections to the new treatment plant and decant piping system.

Water treatment plant improvements.

Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for the construction and completion of a ten (10) million GAL per day capacity drinking water treatment plant

Install a 8' tall security fence around the Water Treatment Plant

Supply of water treatment plant: liquid chlorine powder activated carbon liquid anhydrous ammonia hydrated lime liquid aluminum sulfate sodium hydroxide fluosilicic acid.

Water treatment plant backwash tank and pipeline.

This solicitation is a pre-solicitation notice for Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) for water, wastewater, and boiler chemicals, repairs, and miscellaneous parts to support the Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond, KY. It is designated as a Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 221320 for Sewage Treatment Facilities. While the agency indicates an intent to place a sole-source BPA with NAC Heavy Highway Inc., other vendors may submit capability statements for consideration before the June 12, 2026 deadline.

The West Virginia Department of Agriculture issued a centralized Expression of Interest (CEOI) seeking firms for a Waste Water Treatment Plant. The listing estimates the project value range and requests expressions of interest to support upcoming procurement activities. Responses are due in early June 2026 and firms should locate full solicitation documents on the state's wvOASIS procurement system.

Provide water treatment plant chemicals and residual removal. Supply of polyacrylamide based polymers in emulsion and dry forms, approved for raw water clarification and/or concentration of residuals in the treatment of the joint water works drinking water supply.

Construction of water treatment plant tube settler replacement consisting of replacing existing tube settlers in the existing sedimentation basins and all related appurtenances. See outside link.

Improvements include the installation of 2,750 LF of 8" PVC force main along 11th Street and E Street to redirect backwash flow from existing water treatment plant to existing collection system, including manhole modifications, valves and other appurtenances.

Replacement of the roof for the water treatment plant.

Excavation, transportation, and disposal of dewatered residuals.

Contract includes modification of an existing water treatment facility with existing resin exchange units to include the installation of cartridge filters; ultraviolet disinfection systems; pfas removal system; instrumentation and control improvements; plumbing modification; wellhead protection; overhead door; hydropneumatic tank; emergency generator, and the replacement of exiting 4" finished water main with a new 8-inch main.

Furnish & install 1 LS carbon media filter. RESINTECH AGC-40 CS activated carbon filter media, filter media support gravel 1/8" x 1/16" high density gravel, replace gaskets for vessel access locations, and the removal and disposal of existing filter media.
