Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF CUSICK CUSICK, WASHINGTON WATER TREATMENT PLANT GENSET General Notice The Town of Cusick is requesting Bids for construction of the following Project: WATER TREATMENT PLANT GENSET Bids for construction of the Project will be received by the Owner via online submission only, until 11:00 AM, December 2, 2026, local time. The bid advertisement period shall be 30 days. Bids will be opened and read aloud virtually. A bid summary will be issued after opening, emailed to all bidders and posted on the website. The Project includes the following Work: - Mobilization and administration - Installation of: - Concrete foundation pad for genset - Bollards - Conduit to connect the genset to the building - Genset and ATS - Setup and configuration of the genset/ATS system and bringing it online - An Operations & Maintenance manual for the genset and ATS - Record Drawings Obtaining the Bidding Documents The BIDDING DOCUMENTS may be examined at the Issuing Office: 1. Varela Engineering & Management, 601 W. Mallon Ave., Suite A, Spokane, WA 99201 2. Visit the Varela Plan Room website under “Public Jobs”. Prospective bidders may view digital files at no cost. To Bid the project, Bidder shall download a full set of the BIDDING DOCUMENTS from the Varela Plan Room (under “Public Jobs”) and shall be on the Plan Holders List. Bids shall be submitted electronically via the Varela Plan Room website and in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Additional bid acceptance and contract award provisions are specified in the Contract Documents. Town of Cusick, WA retains the right to reject any and all bids.
