Project will consist of renovation of the existing split-level, approximately 4,300 square foot wastewater headworks building includes phased demolition, construction of new staff and mechanical spaces, replacement of building systems, and envelope upgrades while maintaining plant operations.

Wastewater treatment plant improvements.

Replacement of 3 digester tanks, 2 digester boiler heat exchanger combination units, the digester mixing system, all exposed digester gas and sludge piping.

Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of a lift station and valve vault, cloth media disk filter, secondary clarifier, chlorine contact basin, various concrete boxes, associated mechanical equipment, yard piping and valves, trench and excavation safety, and all appurtenances

Replacement of water-based fire protection systems.

Canyon lake water treatment plant improvements fixed price design-build.

In general, the work consists of approx. construction of a head works treatment process including screening, raw sewage pumping plant electrical and controls; new Orbal oxidation ditch treatment process including grit removal, two new secondary clarifiers, new ultraviolet disinfection treatment and meter flume with outfall to the Portage River. The solids handling of the plant include modifications to the existing blower building, existing digester building, installation of a new sludge feed pump and a new sludge dewatering building with truck loading. The improvements will also include support services such as heating ventilation, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation and controls and SCADA. The existing plant is planned to be demolished as a part of the work.

Provide qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional services for the evaluation, design, and preparation of construction documents for improvements to the city's wastewater treatment plant (wwtp). Project elements include, but are not limited to, upgrades to the non-potable water pumping system and the anaerobic digester gas storage and gas handling systems; Anticipated improvements include evaluation and replacement of non-potable water system pumps, anaerobic digester cleaning, valve replacement, and upgrades to the digester gas handling system. Work will also include evaluation and replacement of the existing digester gas storage membrane (Dystor membrane or approved equal), along with associated system components to improve reliability, safety, and operational performance.

Project includes the following Work: 1. Construction of a new groundwater treatment plant including control space, storage area, aerator, detention tank, concrete filters, clearwell, reclaim tank, chemical feed, associated equipment, and appurtenances. 2. Demolition of existing buildings. 3. Furnish and install new power distribution and generation equipment, electrical systems, process controls, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. 4. Various other trades associated with the work above including HVAC, plumbing electrical controls, painting and coating systems and civil site improvements.

Furnishing the following itemized chemicals for water purification. Item i lime slurry (hydrated) projected annual usage: 1700 tons item ii liquid sodium hypochlorite 12% projected annual usage: 750 tons_ item iii liquid sodium hydroxide 50% projected annual usage: 2,500 gallons item iv liquid citric acid 50% projected annual usage: 5,000 gallons item v liquid hydrochloric acid 33% projected annual usage: 165 gallons item vi liquid sodium bisulfite 38% projected annual usage: 1000 gallons item vii ferric sulfate 50% solution projected annual usage: 750 tons item viii liquid ammonium sulfate projected annual usage: 155 tons all chemicals shall be ansi/nsf standard 60 approved for use in the treatment of drinking water and shall comply with the appropriate awwa standards.

Provide Water Treatment Additive chemicals (i.e., ferric chloride, chlorine, sulfur dioxide, polymer).

Purchase various water treatment chemcials; liquid aluminum sulfate, hydrofluorosilicic acid, liquid polymeric phosphate, liquid sodium ortho-phosphate, and potassium permanganate to be used at a drinking water plant.

Water treatment services for the protection and efficient operation of HVAC water processing equipment.

The City of East Dublin is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of water treatment chemicals including liquid chlorine, hydrofluorosilicic acid, and potassium permanganate for its treatment plants. All chemicals must meet NSF 60 certification and AWWA requirements for the contract period spanning July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Bidders must be authorized dealers and submit required documentation such as W-9 forms by the June 8, 2026 deadline.

Replacement of two horizontal split case centrifugal high service pumps. The electrical power equipment associated with the pumps will also be replaced, and revisions will be made to the plant control system. The project also includes associated demolition, mechanical and other associated items.

Work includes removing and replacing existing domestic water meters with new meters and equipment compatible with automated meter reading technology. Meters are typically located in residential settings but do include agricultural, industrial, and small business settings. The project also includes replacing pressure reducing valves and dual-check valves. There are approximately 5,311 meters within the current system and are marked for replacement.

Chemicals for water treatment/wastewater treatment plants.

Work includes 1 EA 48" build forward identification sign; 250 LF reinforced filter fabric fence; 450 LF inlet protection barriers; 1 LS fema reimbursement bid item. Demolition at thickened sludge pump station only as shown and noted on the drawings and as specified, and including salvage as noted on the drawings and as specified, for a complete and properly operating system; 1 LS demolition for all other items not 1 LS thickened sludge pump station improvements as shown and noted on the drawings and as specified, for a complete and properly operating system. Wastewater treatment plant sludge and grit disposal services.

The City of Plantation is requesting bids from licensed contractors for the Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Administration Building Renovation Project. The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovations performed in accordance with official plans and specifications. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit are required for all interested bidders prior to the June 30, 2026 deadline.
