The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) issued an RFO to obtain the Chainbridge PolicyLinks economic modeling system, including licensed software installation, required economic models, and historical databases. CPA seeks a fully operational system to perform multi-tax revenue and incidence modeling for Texas while reducing reliance on external assistance. The procurement includes training, unlimited software maintenance, and technical support with an initial contract term beginning September 1, 2026.

The Florida Department of Revenue issued an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN-15969) seeking existing turnkey office space (approx. 12,536–13,856 sq ft) in Columbia County, Florida for occupancy by the Agency. The scope requires full-service lease terms including tenant improvements, parking, and compliance with applicable laws; the lease term is 120 months with renewal options. This is a leasing solicitation (not a grant) with proposals accepted beginning May 15, 2026 and due July 22, 2026.

The City of Phoenix Aviation Department invites sealed proposals for supplemental taxicab services at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport under Revenue Contract Solicitation RCS 26-0200, seeking to award two four-year contracts for fleets of 35 vehicles each. The solicitation requires respondents to demonstrate financial capability, qualified management experience, and compliance with ADA and sustainability requirements while providing 24/7 service. Proposals are evaluated on a best-value basis and are due by June 16, 2026.

James Madison University (JMU) is soliciting proposals for collection and recycling services for mixed paper, OCC cardboard, plastics #1-7, books/magazines, and baled aluminum cans. The contract is structured as a revenue-generating relationship where the contractor will pay for recyclable materials delivered by JMU Facilities Management or authorized third parties. The initial contract period is one year with four one-year renewal options, requiring the contractor to maintain licenses and provide monthly tonnage reports.

The Florida Department of Revenue issued Invitation to Negotiate ITN-16042 seeking approximately 21,328 to 23,574 square feet of built-out office space in Hillsborough County (Tampa) for a 10-year lease term. The selected offeror must provide fully built-out, move-in ready office space and a full-service rental structure including base rent, taxes, operating expenses and required tenant improvements. The solicitation is posted on the State of Florida vendor portal and is not a grant program.

Financial consulting services. Scope of work includes - assist in preparing the annual budget and annual financial statement. Ensure proper and accurate preparation, posting, maintenance, and reconciliation, as applicable, of all books, ledgers, schedules, statements, reports, and other records pertaining to municipal or county finances. All financial schedules and, as applicable, other records shall be prepared in such a manner as to facilitate audit review. Maintain and monitor separate accounts for all budgeted appropriations and anticipated revenue. See attached file.

The City of Murrieta is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to evaluate a potential annexation within the City's existing sphere of influence, including fiscal, operational, infrastructure, governance, and public safety impacts tied to a planned Fire Station No. 6. The selected consultant will provide feasibility analysis, fiscal/revenue modeling, environmental review support, preparation of LAFCO application materials, and public outreach assistance. Proposals are due June 12, 2026, and the solicitation is a procurement RFP for professional services.

The Internal Revenue Service is seeking industry capability to deliver a secure software solution for modeling and analyzing U.S. international tax provisions, including the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025. The scope includes development, secure data ingestion, user training, and integration into IRS operations while maintaining strict taxpayer confidentiality. This market research notice aims to identify vendors capable of providing a tool that supports the Cross Border Activities Practice Area.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service issued a prospectus on May 29, 2026, soliciting applications to operate and maintain 35 government-owned recreation facilities across the Tahoe National Forest. The offering includes campgrounds, group sites, boat launches, and day-use areas with an estimated three-year average gross revenue of $1,318,680.88. Applications must be submitted by September 30, 2026, and include a business plan, annual operating plan, and financial documentation as specified in the prospectus.

A comprehensive, modernized mailroom Solution for the Iowa Department of Revenue (IDR), including hardware, software, and services. Through this procurement, IDR aims to replace aging infrastructure and Manual processes with an Integrated, automated system that improves efficiency, accuracy, and security in Correspondence handling and Document processing. The anticipated term of the contract will begin on February 1, 2027, and end on January 31, 2032. The Agency shall have the sole option to renew the contract upon the same or more favorable terms and conditions for up to ten (10) annual extensions.

Multifamily residential with public employee apartments at city-owned properties. Design and construct the first phase of a contemplated master development of the Parent Parcel, which phase will consist of a multifamily residential or mixed-use development that provides a mixed-income environment that includes a public employee housing component where rental units are reserved to the City at long-term preferred rates, in which the the City intends to house public sector employees, and that generates revenue to the City that can offset the rental of such units. The State of Iowa is soliciting proposals to modernize incoming mailroom operations for the Iowa Department of Revenue (IDR), replacing aging infrastructure with an integrated, automated mailroom system including hardware, software, OCR, barcode and security solutions. The selected vendor will supply hardware, software, integration, training, maintenance and support and must ensure full integration with IDR systems and compliance with applicable state policies. The anticipated contract term begins February 1, 2027 and runs through January 31, 2032, with an estimated value range of approximately $500,000–$2,000,000.

The U.S. Forest Service issued a Special Notice prospectus seeking applications for a concession campground special use permit to operate and maintain government-owned recreation facilities on the High Cascades Ranger District of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The notice reports a three-year average gross revenue of $252,791.94 (2023–2025) and refers to an attached prospectus for detailed operating, fee, and insurance requirements. Applications are due Jun 15, 2026 at 5:30 PM PDT; the primary point of contact is Lana Cruz, District Ranger.

The Alaska Department of Health, Division of Senior and Disabilities Services (SDS) issued a Request for Information seeking vendor input to develop a grantee funding formula methodology to guide distribution of state and federal Early Intervention (ILP) funds across fifteen regional ILP programs. The work will consider revenue sources, regional cost differences, travel expenses, population/enrollment, intensity of services and other relevant factors, and is expected to inform the FY29 competitive funding cycle. Responses to this RFI are informational only; the RFI does not obligate the State to conduct a solicitation or make any purchase.

The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) requests sealed proposals to design, develop, manage and operate food & beverage and retail concessions at Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO), divided into multiple packages across concourses and pre-security areas. The RFP seeks high-quality, regionally reflective and sustainable concepts that enhance passenger experience and support long-term revenue; awards may be made to multiple operators and will result in Non-Exclusive Concession Leases. The solicitation was issued due to expiration of existing agreements and terminal redevelopment under the MoreRNO infrastructure program.

The State of New Jersey, Division of Purchase and Property issued RFP T0084 to solicit quotes for automotive glass parts and windshield repair/replacement services statewide, including mobile and at-contractor-location work, and delivery of parts. The solicitation was posted May 1, 2026 and is open with responses due June 24, 2026; the contract term is three years with up to two one-year extension options. Bidders must be registered with the Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services and submit required standard procurement forms; attachments include the bid solicitation, standard terms, forms packet, and a state-supplied price sheet.

The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH), Office of State Health Planning and Research, issued an Invitation for Bids seeking financial and operational improvement consulting services for Critical Access Hospitals statewide for FY2026. The scope includes a statewide needs assessment identifying at least twelve vulnerable hospitals, revenue cycle management roundtables, market share/outmigration assessments for six CAHs, and billing and coding training. Bids must be submitted electronically through the MSDH procurement portal by June 1, 2026, with the contract awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder for an initial term with possible renewals up to five years.
