The State of Utah, through its School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), is soliciting offers for the sale of certain real property identified as Section 16 land in Utah. Section 16 lands are school trust lands granted to the state at statehood to generate revenue for public schools. The solicitation was issued in July 2026 with offers/bids due by August 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM Mountain Time.

The Florida Department of Revenue issued Invitation to Negotiate ITN-16042 seeking approximately 21,328 to 23,574 square feet of built-out office space in Hillsborough County (Tampa) for a 10-year lease term. The selected offeror must provide fully built-out, move-in ready office space and a full-service rental structure including base rent, taxes, operating expenses and required tenant improvements. The solicitation is posted on the State of Florida vendor portal and is not a grant program.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service issued a prospectus on May 29, 2026, soliciting applications to operate and maintain 35 government-owned recreation facilities across the Tahoe National Forest. The offering includes campgrounds, group sites, boat launches, and day-use areas with an estimated three-year average gross revenue of $1,318,680.88. Applications must be submitted by September 30, 2026, and include a business plan, annual operating plan, and financial documentation as specified in the prospectus.

The City of Miami Gardens is seeking a well-qualified proposer to operate the City of Miami Gardens Performing Arts Center (CMGPAC), a new 74,000-square-foot facility expected to open in 2026. The selected team will provide comprehensive programming, management, and operational services including venue management, artistic programming and event curation, facility operations, marketing, branding, community engagement, financial management, and revenue generation. Proposers must have proven experience in technical stagecraft, concert booking, arts education, youth development, and creative entrepreneurship.

The City of Irving is soliciting bids for the sale of landfill capacity at the Hunter Ferrell Landfill to dispose of predetermined tons of municipal solid waste under its TCEQ MSW permit.
