The City of Albany seeks professional services for bond senior managing underwriting, placement agent, and direct purchasing for an approximately $16 million revenue anticipation note, with potential for other obligations.

Land lease. Harvest hay on property located on seven acres west of Highway 74, adjacent to the elementary. The winning bid shall be the one who offers the most revenue to the school district.

The City of Philadelphia's Department of Revenue (Water Revenue Bureau), in collaboration with the Office of Innovation and Technology, is soliciting proposals for support and maintenance services for the Tiered Assistance Program (TAP) system, including front-end customer portal, integration with CAMP, web-based application submission, mail/print handling, and language access compliance. The period of performance anticipates a project start date of October 1, 2026, with an expected one-year term; no hardware or installation services are to be procured. Proposals must be submitted electronically via eContract Philly and applicants must comply with City procurement rules including Chapter 17-1400 disclosure requirements.

Providing qualified services and software solutions associated with eligibility tracking, cost and risk modeling, unintended impact monitoring, compliance reporting and ongoing support (the program) to comply with the affordable care act (aca) and internal revenue code (irc) sections 6055 and 6056.

The contract is expected to commence on September 1, 2026, and run through August 31, 2031.
