The Mobile Airport Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to supply, support, maintain, operate, and manage a Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) at the new Mobile International Airport (BFM) terminal and its 5-level parking garage plus surface parking area. The PARCS must be fully operational by Q1 2027 and must include a user-friendly mobile phone application supporting reservations and payments, license plate recognition, capacity monitoring displays, and fee collection with monthly reporting to the MAA. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit is scheduled for June 30, 2026 at 10 AM at the MAA Administration Office, and sealed proposals are due by July 23, 2026 at 2 PM local time.

The Charlottesville‑Albemarle Airport Authority is soliciting proposals to design, install, and commission a new Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS) that uses barcode technology or an equivalent solution to replace the existing system. The work includes a full replacement of the PARCS hardware and software, installation of one additional gated lane, system integration, testing, training, and recommendations for ongoing support to reduce failures and maintenance costs. New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking to retain one or more consultants to provide auditing services for agreements in NYCEDC's real estate portfolio (including leases, contracts, management agreements, and operating agreements) to assess compliance with revenue sharing provisions and other provisions in such agreements.
