Summary
New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) is seeking to retain one or more consultants to provide auditing services for agreements in NYCEDC's real estate portfolio (including leases, contracts, management agreements, and operating agreements) to assess compliance with revenue sharing provisions and other provisions in such agreements. The consultants may also be asked to prepare lease abstracts and advise NYCEDC about structuring revenue sharing provisions in future agreements across asset classes including commercial, retail, hotel, and industrial properties. Proposals must be submitted via electronic upload no later than 4:00 PM ET on Monday, August 3, 2026.
