Upon issuance of a Call/Order the BPAH shall destruct all ammunition delivered to the BPAH’s facility under that Call/Order. For on-site mobile ammunition disposal services, the BPAH shall coordinate all activities with COR and/or ACOR. Locations designated in accordance with ATF’s requirements shall be identified in each applicable Call/Order. a) The BPAH shall receive ammunition assets only when authorized by a Call/Order issued under this BPA. Receipt at the BPAH’s facility shall occur during the business hours and conditions specified in Section 1.6. For on-site services, receipt shall occur at ATF’s designated location as specified in the Call/Order. b) The BPAH shall accept ammunition assets as packaged and shipped, which shall be in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations (specifically 49 CFR § 173.63). If the ammunition asset is sent to BPAH’s facility and is not in compliance with DOT shipping regulations, the BPAH shall reach out to the COR for further review, acceptance determination, and disposal instructions. c) Upon receipt of ammunition assets under an issued Call/Order, the BPAH shall assume responsibility, including legal and financial liability, for the assets from the point of receipt through final disposition.
