The successful proposer will be responsible for administering the 403(b), and Roth 403(b) programs. The Administrator must be an unbiased firm that is not involved in the sale of mutual funds, insurance-style annuity wraps or life insurance products. The Administrator must have no revenue sharing agreements or arrangements of any kind whatsoever with South Texas ISD vendors participating in 403(b) and Roth 403(b) programs. The Administrator must be able to consolidate information from all vendors in order to ensure contribution and reporting compliance. Contract for 2 years. The contract will renew on an annual basis.
