Rehabilitation RFPs

Rehabilitation of approx. 5,900-SF of taxilane T. This rehabilitation will include milling of the existing full-strength pavement and overlay with new P-401 bituminous asphalt pavement, as well as full-depth reconstruction of a 2,200 SF portion of the taxilane with a new asphalt pavement section. Other tasks included within the construction of this project are limited shoulder reconstruction, limited taxiway edge light replacement, and new pavement markings. The project will be constructed in seven (7) main phases to minimize impacts to the aircraft traffic.

Work inlcudes 200 LF concrete curb & gutter; 500 SY concrete sidewalk and driveways; 7,500 SY remove asphalt and fine grade base; 1,300 TN hot-mix asphalt pavement.

Cobb County is soliciting sealed bids for the rehabilitation and replacement of ultraviolet disinfection systems at three water reclamation facilities, including Noonday Creek, Northwest Cobb, and R.L. Sutton. The project involves extensive upgrades to gates, valves, electrical systems, instrumentation, and HVAC, as well as the construction of a pre-engineered metal building. Bidders must be prequalified with the Cobb County Water System and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 21, 2026.

The project generally consists of furnishing and installing one (1) new grit removal system and one (1) sludge loading station, all associated electrical work, valves and piping, instrumentation, and SCADA improvements.

To operate a major home rehabilitation program.

The City of Charlotte is soliciting qualified firms to perform comprehensive inspections and rehabilitation planning for water distribution system valves. The selected vendor will assess valve condition, provide prioritized rehabilitation recommendations with cost estimates, and offer annual follow-up assessments and potential repair work over an initial three-year term with renewal options. The contract includes ongoing maintenance strategy development to minimize service interruptions and support corrective actions during the term.

Project consists of the replacement of the existing slow sand filter media and its associated underdrain collection system and includes furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and testing for the complete construction of the slow sand filter replacement.

Work includes pavement rehabilitation of an existing asphalt taxilane located on the east side of the airport. The pavement is in need of repair due to its existing conditions. pavement milling, asphalt paving, isolated crushed aggregate base course construction for areas that need repair, and site stabilization with seeding and mulching for any disturbed areas.

The project consists of the repair, rehabilitation, or replacement of 0. 82 miles of defective sewer mains and laterals utilizing 4257 lf (0. 8 miles) of cured-in-place pipe (cipp) lining and eighteen (18) manholes. Removal and disposal (15 cy truckload) 5 ea, tree removal (greater than 10 dbh) 1732 in, temporary tree protection fencing (4' in height) 9,151 lf, heavy duty mulch access mat 9,418 sy, see attached file.

Work inlcudes care and diversion of water and dewatering, demolition and complete removal of the existing concrete spillway, partial removal of the rcc emergency spillway and other infrastructure, construction of new concrete spillway (labyrinth control section, chute, & stilling basin), construction of new filter buttress and drain system, riprap placement for erosion protection, installation of new monitoring instrumentation.
