Rehabilitation RFPs

Rehabilitation of the pool facility. Included in the rehabilitation will be repairs to the 7,285 SF family pool, replacing approx. 420 LF of pool gutter and wall, replacement of the pool collector tank, replacement of the family pool zero entry, partial replacement of site piping, replacement of the entire pool deck, addition of site drainage and selective repairs to the family pool slide assembly.

Work consists of installation of new pumps, new discharge piping, and new valves at the West Madison Lift Station; Installation of new pumps and new valves at the Streator Lift Station; Additive Bid Item: Installation of new pumps and valves at the Treyburn Lift Station; Additive Bid Item: Excavation and demolition of existing gravel driveway. Concrete pavement of driveway and sidewalk at the Lift Station; Additive Bid Item: Installation of new pumps and valves at the Deyoung Lift Station.

Boardwalk pedestrian plaza rehabilitation project.

The project consists of application of an asphalt sealant, joint/crack resealing, asphalt patch repair, and markings for Runway 12/30 (approximately 6,694 LF X 150 LF).

Surface preparation and recoating of the interior and exterior of the 2. 5-million-gallon elevated storage tank. Structural repairs and modifications. Approx 320 LF of storm drain piping. Incorporating an active mixing system with provisions for future chloramine boosting. Electrical and miscellaneous site improvements.

Garage assessment and rehabilitation. Repair methods are to be performed by a qualified contractor with experience in concrete repairs, methods and materials. Manufacturers of concrete repair mortar provide free qualifications of their materials including preparation and application requirements. Repair conditions are based on location and medium with all repair approaches. For spalling and corroded steel repairs: The concrete area around damage should be surveyed to determine extents of poor concrete. Poor or unsound concrete is removed to quality base material. All corroded steel is to be cleaned with any reinforcing which has been damaged by 15% or more to be replaced / repaired with new steel. See attached file and outside link.

The City of Rochester, MN solicits sealed proposals to comprehensively rehabilitate Apache Tower #87, a 500,000-gallon spheroid water tower, including blasting and repainting interior wet areas, interior dry areas, and exterior surfaces per the Project Specifications and Photo Report. The awarded contractor is expected to begin work after notice to proceed and achieve significant completion by October 15, 2026. Proposals are due June 10, 2026 and solicitation documents are available through the City’s e-procurement posting.

This project involves the rehabilitation of existing elevated water storage tanks to restore structural integrity and operational efficiency. The work is part of the City of Charlotte's water management and sanitation infrastructure maintenance. It is currently listed as an upcoming solicitation with an anticipated posting in early 2027.

Work includes includes the regrading and repaving of approx 671 SF of brick pavers, the removal and replacement of 4 trees, the removal and replacement of 4 concrete collars in tree wells, the installation of 4 tree grates (to be provided by the city), and the installation 17 LF of 12" trench drain. Additionally, the project will include two alternate areas. The total scope of work for the alternate areas will include 290 SF of brick paver replacement, the removal and replacement of 3 trees, the removal and replacement of 3 concrete collars in tree wells, the installation of 3 tree grates (to be provided by the city).

Remove existing pumping assembly, motor, column piping and appurtenances from well & transport to shop for inspection. Inspect pumping assembly and prepare micrometer report; inspect submersible motor including seal, outer can, balance line, terminal leads, electrical connections, etc.; inspect column piping, surge control check valves. In general, the work is comprised of public works construction including play equipment and safety surfacing installation, site furnishing replacement and installation, park monument sign installation, concrete flatwork installation, landscape and irrigation installation and other miscellaneous improvements.

The County of Ocean is soliciting sealed bids for the rehabilitation of Taxiway A at Ocean County Airport under FAA AIP Project funding. The scope of work includes pavement removal, asphalt paving, concrete work, drainage structures, and markings to ensure airport safety. This procurement is a sealed bid construction contract with a mandatory compliance and bidder qualification process.

Rehabilitation of the metal roof system of highway garage.

The Project generally consists of rehabilitating existing hangar roof systems at Vero Beach Regional Airport, including related roof repairs, gutter work, insulation repairs, and roof restoration coating.

Work includes traffic control, trench shoring, 961 LF of r&r 6" vcp sewer with 8" pvc, 4 EA of r&r sewer manhole, 1 EA of modify sewer manhole to receive new pipe, 22 EA of reconnect sewer lateral, 15 EA of replace existing sewer lateral with new sewer lateral, sewage bypass, 961 LF of video inspect sanitary sewer pipe, 15 EA of video inspect sewer lateral, 710 SF of concrete pavement repair, 28 tons asphalt pavement repair.

The project will rehabilitate approx. 3,236 LF 24" and 27"reinforced concrete pipe (RCP); 138 LF of 24" CIPP sewer pipe; by-pass pumping; post-lining closed circuit television inspection; 9 EA manholes with a protective coating system.

The County of Butte, Department of Behavioral Health issued RFP #111-26 seeking one or more qualified firms to provide vocational rehabilitation and employment services to eligible County clients. Services are to be delivered within Butte County, with questions due by May 7, 2026, and an addendum expected by May 14, 2026. Proposals must be submitted through the County's procurement portal no later than 5:00pm on June 2, 2026.

The Derry Township Supervisors are seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the Nolan Drive Bridge located in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. The project involves structural improvements and maintenance work to ensure the bridge's continued safety and functionality. Contract work is expected to commence immediately upon award with a final completion deadline set for June 1, 2026.

Replace and/or install pumps, drives and other equipment to rehabilitate the South NPW Pump Station.

Work includes open cut repair of sewer mains at four locations, two sewer lateral replacements from the main to the right-of-way with installation of cleanouts, CCTV locating and inspection, and asphalt resurfacing.
