The Town of Hamden, Connecticut is soliciting proposals for the Brooksvale Barns Rehabilitation project to perform structural and architectural repairs on the Historic Brooksvale Barn located at 524 Brooksvale Avenue within Brooksvale Park, a 500-acre public park owned and operated by the Town. The renovation project has been pursued through the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) process. The contract is subject to Connecticut state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes.

Repair and rehabilitation of the Hartstene Pointe Maintenance Association common area roadways. This includes crack sealing, removal and replacement of patches of failing asphalt and adjustment and/or restoration of manhole lids, water valves and monuments within the patch areas.

The City of Lakeville, Minnesota has issued a solicitation for the Judicial Road Rehabilitation Project. Judicial Road is located in Lakeville, MN (Dakota County), and this project involves roadway rehabilitation work within the city. The City of Galveston is soliciting sealed bids for Airfield Pavement Rehabilitation at Scholes International Airport in Galveston, Texas. The project involves comprehensive pavement rehabilitation including spall repairs (3,250 SF), full panel replacements (2,400 SF), joint sealant installation (332,250 LF base bid), crack sealing, and FAA-compliant pavement markings across runways, taxiways, and apron areas.
