Perform Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) Pre-Renovation Survey with bulk sampling and project and air monitoring and clearances for government funded purchase and rehabilitation projects. See attached file.

Seeking proposals from qualified companies to perform Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) Pre-Renovation Survey with bulk sampling and project and air monitoring and clearances for government funded purchase and rehabilitation projects. Project Description: the project will consist of residential homes built. ACM Pre-Renovation Survey with bulk sampling. Samples will be collected according to State Code Rule 56 on substrates subject to disturbance, removal, or renovation. 2. Project and Air Monitoring: oversee asbestos contractor is complying with the scope, timing, phasing and/or remediation/abatement methods and verifying the completeness of any asbestos project. 3. ACM clearance air sampling, including background samples and final samples for all projects where survey has been completed and ACM was found to be present. Note: For any projects greater than 160 SF, daily air samples and monitoring will be required in addition to background and final samples. Preference will be given to firms that can provide tiered fees as opposed to on a per project basis.

The Santa Maria Public Airport District is soliciting sealed bids for the Taxilane Pavement Rehabilitation project to repair and rehabilitate several taxilanes in the hangar complex, including concrete gutter drip lines, asphalt repairs, and a P-608 seal coat. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 21, 2026, and bids are due by June 9, 2026. The project has an estimated duration of 80 days and an engineer's probable cost of $1,600,000.

Work includes repair overhead electrical service mas as necessary for proper drip loop and insulate splice connections; trim tree limbs away from service entry conductors a minimum 3'; replace fpe service panel and all branch circuit wiring from new panel to all switches, receptacles and fixtures/equipment circuit conductors and upgrade all switches and receptacles as necessary with new devices; new service panel shall be installed in a location that meets the current nec requirements for clearances; connect new exhaust fan/lights to wall switches;replace ceiling fixtures at living areas with new low e led fixtures. Provide rehabilitation of the interior and the exterior a 1.0 million gallon ground storage municipal water tank.

Consists of, but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, traffic control, grading, paving, full depth reclamation with cement, storm drain facilities, striping, and signage.

Work is comprised of public works construction including play equipment and safety surfacing installation, steel handrail repairs, site furnishing replacement, park monument sign installation and minor restroom building repairs and replacements and other miscellaneous improvements.

work consist of 108530 sf of cold mill 4", 2680 tn of asphalt concrete pavement, traffic stripping and signage, 890 sf of remove and reconstruct spandrel, 75 lf of curb and gutter, 5030 sf of sidewalk, 2 ea of curb ramp, 6630 sf of remove existing and install 3/4" gravel, 1 ea of parkway culvert, 1 ea of remove brick manhole and construct precast sewer manhole, 2 ea of adjust Mwd manhole to grade, 9 ea of adjust water valve box to grade. The work includes the construction of approx. Water tower reconditioning, additional reconditioning will include modifications and repairs related to structural appurtenances, foundations, accessories, and personnel access.

The construction of Street Rehabilitation. Consists of all activities necessary to reconstruct Street from Front Street to Church Street, as shown in the contract documents. Work generally includes various quantities of mobilization, traffic control, demolition and disposal, erosion and sediment control, clearing and grubbing, excavation and imported fill, water, sewer and storm drain pipe, structures and appurtenances, AC pipe removal and disposal, concrete surfacing, curb and gutter, concrete retaining wall removal and reconstruction, signage, guardrail, topsoil and seeding, construction surveying and other miscellaneous improvements and appurtenances necessary for a complete project.

Work consists of sewer point repairs and street rehabilitation.

Provide airfield pavement rehabilitation.

The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of its Railroad Bridge over Riverside Drive in Cincinnati to ensure safety and maintain traffic flow. The project involves structural steel work, painting, cast-in-place concrete work, and significant maintenance of traffic coordination. Contractors must manage interference with rail traffic and provide temporary site access and safety measures as specified in the HDR Engineering plans.

The City of Newport, Arkansas, is seeking sealed bids for the rehabilitation of the runway edge-lighting system (REILS) and the airport beacon at Newport Municipal Airport. This project is partially funded by the FAA Airport Improvement Program and requires compliance with federal provisions such as Buy American and Davis-Bacon acts. Bids are due by June 3, 2026, and will be opened publicly via a Microsoft Teams conference call.

Work includes mobilization/clearing and grubbing, 275,200 SF 7' wide 1" ac cold planning/edge grind along gutters and 15' wide transverse cold planning at join locations, 1.5" ac overlay 7,300 ton, crack sealing, adjust gas valve to grade 2 EA, adjust water valve to grade 70 EA, adjust manhole to grade 77 EA, striping, including raised pavement markers, lane lines, legends and cross-walks.
