RESERVOIR 3 and 4 REHABILITATION

The City of St. Charles is seeking sealed bids for construction work on its Reservoir 3 and 4 Rehabilitation project.

Clarifier Rehabilitation (Request for Proposal)

Project consist of clarifier rehabilitation.

Basin E Sewer Rehabilitation

Project includes installation of approx., 3,374 LF of 24" gravity sewer with 16 manholes, one open cut crossing of the little duck river, asphalt paving, erosion control, site restoration, and all incidentals required for the complete installation of the sewer main.

Roadway Rehabilitation - 500 South

Project includes the following work: rotomilling approx 2 miles of roadway, overlaying roadway with 2" of hma totaling approx 6,000 TN, adjusting elevations of approx 56 utility manholes and 54 valves within the roadway, and restriping the roadway.

Rehabilitation of Water and Wastewater System

This construction project consists of replacing and rehabilitating aging water, wastewater, electrical, mechanical, and SCADA infrastructure.

Rehabilitation Center Playground Renovation

Work consists of remodel and upgrade the playground area.

Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation

Prepare and paint the bottom two rings of the steel tank, and repair the concrete base.
