Parking and revenue control system (PRCS) maintenance. Successful bidder ("Contractor") must keep the total Amano McGann PRCS components operational at all times. Contractor must meet the following requirements: A. Maintenance Service 1. Supply a maintenance technician on-site, who will be the primary contact and will communicate directly with KCAB and KCAB’s third party parking contractor. This technician must provide 40 hours/week of maintenance support for the PRCS. This technician will generally work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, however work hour adjustments may be needed at KCAB's request to support the system with minimal downtime to KCAB customers.
