Butte County Public Works issued a Request for Bids titled 'Dogtown Road Rehabilitation' to rehabilitate Dogtown Road in the unincorporated community of Magalia, CA. The project scope includes clearing and grubbing, traffic control, grading, paving, full-depth reclamation with cement, storm drain installation, striping, and signage. The engineer's estimate for the project is $1,255,000, and all official documents are managed through the County's Public Purchase portal.

Work includes mobilization/clearing and grubbing, 275,200 SF 7' wide 1" ac cold planning/edge grind along gutters and 15' wide transverse cold planning at join locations, 1.5" ac overlay 7,300 ton, crack sealing, adjust gas valve to grade 2 EA, adjust water valve to grade 70 EA, adjust manhole to grade 77 EA, striping, including raised pavement markers, lane lines, legends and cross-walks.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is soliciting bids to rehabilitate the historic Whysong Barn at Blue Knob State Park, involving roof replacement, masonry repairs, and window and siding restoration. The project requires DGS small-business certification and has an estimated cost between $100,000 and $250,000. Bids are due by June 11, 2026, with an expected project duration of 180 calendar days following the notice to proceed.

Bridge rehabilitation.

Seeking proposals from qualified companies to perform lead-based paint risk assessments, soil sampling, dust-wipe sampling and clearance examinations for government funded purchase and rehabilitation projects. 1. Lead-based paint risk assessments for pre-78 houses selected for various purchase and rehabilitation programs in the inhs service area. 2. Lead-based paint clearance testing for all projects where assessment has been completed and lead-based paint was found to be present. Some projects will require federal whole house clearance and other projects may require a more limited clearance based on the specifications.

Renovating an approx. 650' long paved trial. The existing trail is asphalt pavement with three wood bridges. The trail traverses a variety of steep and gradual terrain and follows creek terminating at an overlook deck at the base of falls. The existing trail is approx. 5' wide typical and the proposed trail is 6' wide typical. Existing bridges and portions of the existing on-grade trail will be replaced with elevated boardwalks.

The bannock pumping plan modernization construction project (project) will rehabilitate the existing pumping plant and construct new auxiliary features that support continued annual operations and provide safe, reliable irrigation delivery to irrigation customers. The project also includes rehabilitating a nearby irrigation canal mechanical screening facility to reduce manual maintenance and improve operational safety.

The San Diego County Regional Airport Authority is soliciting bids to rehabilitate Taxiway B at San Diego International Airport, including milling, overlay, shoulder repair, FOD/dust control, signage, temporary erosion control, and pavement marking across five phased areas. The City of Oneonta is seeking proposals for administrative services to manage its 1-4 Family Housing Rehabilitation Program. The project is supported by a $750,000 New York State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) intended to assist income-eligible homeowners and renters with property repairs. Proposals must be submitted electronically to the City's Purchasing Agent by the specified deadline in June 2026.

GLWA issued a Design-Build RFP for inspection, cleaning, rehabilitation, and maintenance of finished water reservoirs and associated booster stations (Phase III). The contract includes annual maintenance at booster stations and as-needed painting via Field Orders, with work following GLWA indicative design documents and milestone schedule. Rehabilitating the existing boardwalk in Conservation Park. All materials other than existing piles need to be removed and replaced as depicted in the Plans included with this solicitation. The width of all boardwalk locations will be increased from 6' to 9". The Boardwalks consist of 11 different sections totaling nearly 7,000 LF.
