West Taylor Township of Cambria County, Pennsylvania is advertising for sealed contractor proposals for its Naylor Road Rehabilitation Project, an item-quantity bid (1 LS) for rehabilitation of Naylor Road within the township. Bids will be received at the township municipal building, 712 Copper Avenue, Johnstown, PA 15906, until 2:00 PM on July 22, 2026, and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies if the bid exceeds $100,000, with liquidated damages of $975 per calendar day. Bid documents must be requested directly from the township by calling (814) 242-4021, and the township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

This project includes approx 24 CY of excavation; 143 SY of 6" aggregate base source; 94 FT of concrete curb and gutter; 257 SF of 6" sidewalk concrete; 25 FT of 12" DI Force Main; 20 FT 27" PVC graviy pipe.

The University of Akron is soliciting proposals for the Auburn Science Plaza Rehabilitation project, covering repair and rehabilitation work at the Auburn Science and Engineering Center plaza, library, and parking deck areas on its main campus in Akron, Ohio. The solicitation is classified as an open, unrestricted RFP under commodity code Public - 1010-30 (construction services). The bidding window opened on July 7, 2026 with a submission deadline of July 29, 2026, and vendors must register on the University of Akron's Workday Strategic Sourcing portal to submit a proposal.

The Village of Roselle is soliciting sealed proposals for the Kennedy Force Main Rehabilitation, a sanitary sewer infrastructure project along Plum Grove Road crossing the Villages of Roselle, Elk Grove Village, and Schaumburg in Illinois. The work includes rehabilitation of approximately 6,000 linear feet of sanitary force main via lining, full bypass pumping operations to maintain continuous service, traffic control with temporary signals along the Cook County corridor, and roadway and median removal and restoration. Sealed proposals must be submitted to the Village of Roselle Public Works Department by 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting held July 14, 2026.

The Town of Apple Valley, California has issued RFP HCD 2026-003, titled 'Acquisition, Rehabilitation, Resale Project,' seeking a qualified vendor to acquire housing units and provide the labor, equipment, and materials needed to rehabilitate designated single-family residences. The scope of rehabilitation work includes exterior pool demolition and backfill, re-roofing, re-stuccoing, window replacement, interior and exterior demolition, installation of new HVAC systems, insulation, drywall, flooring, electrical, and plumbing, plus kitchen and bathroom replacements, with the rehabilitated units to be resold. Bids were published on July 3, 2026 and are due by 10:00 AM PDT on August 13, 2026.

Work includes traffic control, signing & striping, erosion and sediment control, 9,640 Ton of asphalt concrete, 77,000 SY of cold mill existing ac pavement to a depth of 2" below existing surface, 23 EA remove existing curb ramp, curb & gutter, and sidewalk, 1,390 SF remove existing surface and construct pcc spandrel and/or cross gutter, grade, 12 EA remove and replace coa water valve box assembly per coa std. 150, 4 EA adjust water manhole cover to final grade, 1 EA remove existing street light pullbox and install new street light pullbox. Work includes tank rehabilitation.

The Town of Hamden, Connecticut is soliciting proposals for the Brooksvale Barns Rehabilitation project to perform structural and architectural repairs on the Historic Brooksvale Barn located at 524 Brooksvale Avenue within Brooksvale Park, a 500-acre public park owned and operated by the Town. The renovation project has been pursued through the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) process. The contract is subject to Connecticut state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes.

Work includes 290 FT curb and gutter, rem, 177 SY sidewalk, rem, 25 EA erosion control, inlet protection, fabric drop, 8,500 SY pavt repr, nonreinf conc, 10", 250 SF sidewalk, conc, 4", traffic control and maintenance. See attached file.

Rehabilitation of a lamson 556 centrifugal blower. Work includes cleaning and initial inspection, dimensional and tolerance verification, replacement of wear components, new impellers shall be installed where existing are not suitable for use. See attached file.

The existing Site Tank is an above-grade, welded steel water storage tank, originally constructed in 1987. The tank has an internal diameter of 80 FT and a height of 32 FT, providing a total storage capacity of approx. 1.2 million gallons. Planned improvements include magnetic flux leakage (MFL) scanning, floor plate repairs, roof framing and roof plate replacement, overflow improvements, door sheet with radiographic testing, installation of a new center vent and steel riser, new hatch and riser, new roof handrail, new exterior staircase, exterior tank chime joint repair, and surface preparation and application of interior and exterior coating systems.

Work includes sanitary manhole rehabilitation.

Proposed work includes the following: airfield lighting rehabilitation.

The City of Reynoldsburg is soliciting bids for the 2026 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation, a project in Franklin County covering the Smithfield, Saratoga, Bartlett, and Marvin areas. The work includes installation of cured‑in‑place pipe (approx. 14,395 linear feet of 8-in CIPP), rehabilitation of 39 existing manholes (including frame/lid replacement as needed), and associated site preparation, utility work, bypass pumping, and grouting; the engineer’s base estimate is approximately $1.1 million. Bidders must obtain full contract documents from the official solicitation page (buyer-hosted bid portal) where attachments and response instructions are posted; questions are due 2026-07-10 and bids close 2026-07-17.

Rehabilitation of Haines Airport runway and taxiways includes: Reclamation of paved surfaces; construct new taxilane, a new access point for helipad, and a single bay snow removal equipment building; modify drainage; replace electrical and lighting.

The Municipality of Princeton, New Jersey is soliciting sealed bids for the Hamilton Avenue Sewer Rehabilitation project, which involves the replacement of sanitary sewer mains and laterals along Hamilton Avenue, Chestnut Street, Walnut Lane, and Moore Street. Sealed bids will be received by Princeton until 11:00 AM prevailing time on August 12, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Design work for the project was performed by Arcadis U.S., Inc., and interested bidders must register through the Princeton bid postings page to access the contract documents.

The City of Kyle is soliciting bids for the Downtown Sewer Rehabilitation Project to rehabilitate approximately 2,100 linear feet of existing 6-inch vitrified clay sanitary sewer main using pipe bursting, install new HDPE pipe, and reconnect to existing manholes and laterals. The work includes excavation, removal of existing pipe, installation of temporary bypass pumping to maintain wastewater flow, restoration of affected areas, and compliance with applicable TCEQ and permitting requirements. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid with a pre-proposal meeting scheduled and a questions deadline prior to the response submission deadline on August 6, 2026.

Seal coating and patching of local roadways; crack and joint cleaning and filling. 20 Ton HMA pavement, commercial mix; 15,978 LF crack and joint cleaning and filling, hot pour; 3,862 SY of 5/8" bit seal coat, single seal coat; 1 LS traffic control; 1 LS mobilization.
