The General Services Administration (Public Buildings Service) issued Solicitation No. 47PC0324R0010 for general construction services to expand and modernize the Trout River U.S. Land Port of Entry in Constable/Trout River, NY. The solicitation includes full solicitation documents and SF-1442, extensive amendments and RFI answers, and requires sealed offers and bonding; estimated contract value is approximately $25–35M. The SAM.gov workspace shows a most recent amendment (issued 2026-03-04) and directions for updated pricing, and the opportunity remains active as of 2026-03-05.

The U.S. Department of State issued a presolicitation seeking design-build construction services to install five 40-foot high-cube pre-fabricated containers at Guayaquil Port, Ecuador. The project includes creating functional spaces for kitchen/dining, dormitories, administration, and storage, along with utility integration and HVAC installation. This procurement is a firm fixed-price construction requirement classified under NAICS 332439.

Seeking for general planning and environmental services.

Provide Type 2 Water Purifier System.

The New Mexico Department of Public Safety seeks to purchase and install an Automated Thermal Inspection System (ATIS) at the Texico Port of Entry to expand commercial vehicle inspection capabilities. This procurement is a sole-source requirement for Drivewyze to ensure integration with the existing proprietary Smart Roadside Inspection Systems (SRIS). The contract term is for 12 months and is intended to enhance public safety operations through automated thermal screening.

Providing construction services to rehabilitate Bridge No. 175000 North Port Boulevard over Cocoplum Waterway. The City intends to select one Contractor for over waterway bridge rehabilitation services. The types of rehabilitation work anticipated include concrete spall and crack repair, pretension strand repair, reconstruction of bridge approach slabs, joint replacement, milling and resurfacing of bridge deck, and other tasks.

Work includes clearing approx 2 AC for the construction of a 16" water main (approx. 3,330 LF) and a 12" fire line (approx. 5,360 LF) including appurtenances and fittings.

Building rebalance heating system. Provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary to ensure a full system inspection and rebalancing of the building's heating system. See attached file.

Project includes approx. 995 LF of water line, 565 LF of sanitary sewer, and 1,895 LF of storm sewer along with one detention facility and associated appurtenances.

Building roof repair. Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection and repair of any identified leaks on the existing roof of the pease building.

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting firm-fixed-price services to perform a full test, adjustment, and rebalancing (TAB) of the Pease Building heating system at USCG Air Station Port Angeles. The project includes system inspection, flow and performance testing, component adjustment, and thermostat/control verification to ensure optimal operation. This procurement is set aside 100% for Small Business under NAICS 238220, with electronic quotes due by June 11, 2026.

Everport Terminal Services (ETS) is soliciting proposals to build and deliver up to 137 zero-emission, battery-electric yard tractors, plus warranties, training, and optional maintenance supplies as part of an EPA-funded terminal electrification project. The resulting contract will be with Everport Terminal Services and proposals must be submitted electronically via the PlanetBids portal. The solicitation is an RFP presently in the bidding stage with a published Q&A and pre-bid schedule.

Everport Terminal Services is soliciting proposals for the manufacture and delivery of up to 137 zero-emission, battery-electric yard tractors. The project is part of a terminal electrification initiative at the Port of Los Angeles and is supported by EPA funding. In addition to the equipment, the selected contractor will be required to provide comprehensive warranty and maintenance services.

Yusen Terminals, LLC (YTI) invites proposals to build and deliver up to 13 zero-emission battery-electric yard tractors and to provide warranty and maintenance services as part of an EPA-funded terminal electrification project. The resulting contract will be with YTI (not with the Port of Los Angeles/Harbor Department), and instructions and all proposal documents are hosted on the Port/YTI PlanetBids vendor portal where proposals must be submitted electronically. The solicitation is an RFP (not a grant) and is currently open with a response deadline in late June 2026.
