Work includes construction of pkwy. Approx. 2,660 LF of concrete roadway, 82' wide, consisting of 4-lanes and a center turn lane and a right-of-way width of 300'. The project will also include roadside channels (approx. 60' top width and 6' concrete bottom width) on both sides of the road including culvert outfalls to adjacent ponds with associated drainage structures (concrete sloped paving, and headwalls).

Design, supply, and install a PV system on the rooftop of the building at the Port of Ridgefield as part of the Clark Public Utilities Community Solar at the Port of Ridgefield Program. Aggregate PV DC capacity shall be 180 kW.

Sally port gate replacement. Scope of work includes - removal and replacement of the track, rollers, and associated hardware of the existing sally port gate. Painting of gate and fence. Provision and installation of new bollards. Removal of the existing brick knee wall facade including stone cap. Patch and repair of associated concrete knee wall and asphalt. See attached file.

Clark Public Utilities issued a solicitation to design, supply, and install a 180 kW DC rooftop photovoltaic (PV) system at 5645 S 11th St Building A, Port of Ridgefield. The project is estimated at $450,000 and requires bidders to attend a pre-bid meeting and site walk; performance and insurance/bonding requirements are specified in the bid documents. The solicitation was posted May 13, 2026 and proposals are due June 5, 2026.

Work includes new north and east breakwaters, approach floats, a new gangway, and demolition of existing structures and utilities. Utility infrastructure includes: Dock water, fire, and sewer systems; sewer force main; and electrical. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) requests quotations for two NSN-listed rudder assembly items (port and starboard) for the WPB-87, with quantities of 10 each and strict packaging and delivery requirements to SFLC in Baltimore, MD. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item under FAR Subpart 12.6 and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract using simplified acquisition procedures; the evaluation method is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Project consists along with all related sitework and new site infrastructure for the project. The site work will also need to be priced in two different scenarios as per the rfp document. Scenario 1: mass grading/full infrastructure this would entail the release of: (a) the road a - sections 2 & 3 plan; (b) the mass grading of the whole site; (c) pump station #2; (d) pitchkettle road widening; (e) pitchkettle waterline extension. Scenario 2: sub-phased infrastructure; this staggered approach would include the initial buildout of: (a) road a - sections 2 & 3; (b) the grading for strictly building 6, 10, ponds 9, 10 & 11, and road a, as shown in included building 6 & 10 cad surfaces and highlighted in the 2026. 04. 22 master plan markup subphase 6 & 10 ; (c) pump station #2 the construction of pitchkettle road widening and the pitchkettle waterline would be completed with the later buildings in this scenario.

DBEH033000 Consolidated Launch Support Facility Phase 1. Construct a 3-story, 7,054 SM building with administration and support space for roughly 330 Space Launch Delta 45 staff and contractor partners on Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The building structure and exterior components will be designed for Hurricane Risk Category III. Provide lightning and fire protection systems. Potable water, sewer, and power will be provided within the facility. The building will be comprised of individual offices, open offices, conference spaces and support spaces. See attached file.
