Leave Administration for Port Employees RFP

Description: Seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive leave administration services for port employees. Services will include administration of federally required family and medical leave act (fmla) leave, the port paid family and medical leave (ppfml) program, and the port s paid parental leave (ppl) program, including eligibility determinations, leave tracking, employee communications, and related compliance activities. The selected firm must administer these programs in accordance with applicable federal and washington state requirements and provide web-based tools for tracking and reporting leave activity.
