DPW | PORT Preconstruction Engineering Design

Description: San Francisco Public Works is issuing this RFP on behalf of the Port of San Francisco for professional planning, engineering, design, and related services for the Waterfront Resilience Program’s Preliminary Engineering and Design Project. The selected consultants will provide plan development, engineering and design, and design support during bidding and construction for separate northern and southern plan areas; proposers may pursue one or both areas but must submit a separate proposal for each. The city intends to award two contracts, with not-to-exceed amounts of $65 million for PED-North and $50 million for PED-South, each with an initial ten-year term.
