The U.S. General Services Administration (Public Buildings Service, PBS Office of Leasing) is soliciting offers to lease approximately 4,809 rentable square feet (4,388 ABOA) of federal office space in Fayetteville, Arkansas with an estimated occupancy date of June 1, 2027. The lease is for a full term of 10 years (5-year firm period and 5-year non-firm period) and requires the lessor to deliver shell building requirements, tenant improvements, HVAC, fire protection, security measures and six structured parking spaces, among other obligations. Expressions of interest are due March 28, 2026 and formal offers are due March 31, 2026; offers are to be submitted per GSA instructions (leasing portal) and the contracting point of contact is Thomas Roberts.

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, seeks a construction contractor to perform a Repair & Alteration (R&A) and optional Driveway Extension at the Alburg Springs Land Port of Entry (LPOE) in Alburgh, Vermont. The project will modernize the historic LPOE (on the National Register of Historic Places), include new gates/guardrails, a new officer inspection booth, interior and MEP/security upgrades, and will be delivered via the Design-Bid-Build method; one award is anticipated. The procurement is full and open, requires a performance bond, and has an estimated cost of $10,000,000–$15,000,000.
