Industry stakeholders are invited to review these preliminary documents and provide feedback to inform future opportunities as the program matures. The notice was posted on Dec 17, 2025 and is open with a response deadline of Jan 1, 2027.

Advanced metering infrastructure implementation and meter replacement.

The University of South Carolina is soliciting bids to replace Cooling Tower 1 at the USC West Energy Plant with a new 2,400-ton rooftop cooling tower, including all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work required for integration. This is an Invitation for Bid (construction; design-bid-build) with an estimated construction cost range of $2,100,000–$2,400,000 and project documents available from the university supplier portal. Bids are due June 4, 2026 at 2:30 PM Eastern and the solicitation is active as of 2026-05-07.

MARTA seeks project management and financial advisory services to operate a Regional Infrastructure Accelerator (RIA) and to develop innovative capital-raising strategies and execution to financial closing. The work will be administered by MARTA’s Department of Planning and performed at MARTA headquarters in Atlanta. The contract term begins upon Notice to Proceed and is expected to run for two years.

The City of Long Beach is soliciting proposals for as-needed temporary event infrastructure and sanitation equipment rentals, including temporary fencing, bike racks, portable restrooms and three-compartment sinks. The contract term is two years with up to three one-year renewal options (maximum five years) and services will be performed at various citywide event locations. Proposers must meet minimum experience requirements and the response deadline is July 9, 2026.

The City of Cornelia is soliciting bids for construction of the FY 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) - Circle Drive Infrastructure Improvements project to install sanitary sewer and water mains and associated appurtenances. The work includes approximately 1,600 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and 2,600 LF of 10-inch and 6-inch water main, plus hydrants, valves, manholes, and pavement replacement. Bidders must be licensed utility contractors in Georgia and comply with Section 3 and E-Verify requirements within a 150-calendar-day performance period.

Work includes structural & mechanical repairs to the manhole as well as replacing condensate piping & the mechanical room condenssate pump.

The City of Madison, GA is soliciting statements of qualifications and proposals from licensed engineering firms to provide comprehensive engineering services for potential water and sewer infrastructure improvements, including planning, preliminary engineering, permitting, funding assistance, surveying, design, and construction administration. The procurement anticipates possible funding from GEFA, EDA, and USDA Rural Development and follows procurement requirements under 2 CFR 200 for federally-assisted projects. The agreement is expected to run up to five years starting within one year from the notice issued on May 28, 2026.

Positions may be resident (typically one-year, renewable) or intermittent, require significant international travel and relevant sector and language expertise, and are open only to U.S. citizens. The presolicitation was posted on 2026-01-16 and is open/continuous until June 30, 2026, with submissions by email to recruitment@ota.treas.gov per the official posting.

The Parish of Pointe Coupee is seeking proposals for the implementation of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project under RFP 26-002. The scope of work includes providing all necessary services and deliverables required to establish the new metering system for the parish. Interested contractors must submit their firm proposals by the mid-June 2026 deadline to be considered for the contract.

Work includes the replacement of cooling tower 1 with a 2400-ton cooling tower on the plant roof with all associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.

Work of the contract includes sewer system pipe repairs and rehabilitation at various locations. Approx., 600' of 12" sewer pipe replacement, 9000' of 8 to 24" sewer pipe rehabilitation, and 600 vertical ft of manhole rehabilitation in the base bid. There are also four (4) bid alternates which may include up to 6000' of 10 to 18" sewer pipe rehabilitation 350 vertical ft of manhole rehabilitation, and a 10" point repair.
