The County of Oswego Industrial Development Agency is seeking bids for infrastructure expansion at the L. Michael Treadwell Oswego County Industrial Park. The project includes the construction of a new electrical substation and the installation of new power, gas, and telecommunications infrastructure to support a 185-acre expansion. This initiative is funded by a combination of state FAST NY grants, federal EDA Public Works funding, and IDA funds totaling over $13 million.

Work includes 1 LS valve box manhole; 1 LS leachate pump station manhole; 1 LS leachate pump and controls;' 190 LF electrical conduit trench; 30 LF 8" x 12" dual-contained HDPE pipe trench; 44 LF 3" x 6" dual-contained HDPE pipe trench; 20 LF 3" x 6" dual-contained HDPE pipe (above grade); 3,520 SF HDPE-lined containment area.

Contractor is to remove existing cold-water meters and existing meter interface units (MIU), and install new cold-water meters and MIUS, and provide integration with the AMI system. Cold water meters and MIU modules, and AMI system will be supplied by the owner.

Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) Architecture Documents. The architectural framework for the OTTI program and were developed to directly address the requirements outlined in the OTTI System.
