Summary
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Technical Assistance is recruiting infrastructure finance advisors to serve as resident (long-term) and/or intermittent (short-term) advisors under personal services contracts, providing technical assistance to emerging market governments worldwide. The advisors will help develop financially sound infrastructure programs and Public-Private Partnership (P3) models, with assignments in sectors such as energy, water, toll roads, airports, seaports, rail, and other essential infrastructure. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with significant managerial and technical experience in infrastructure finance and P3 development, and must be able to obtain State Department medical clearance for worldwide travel.
